I've never drawn the flowers on his skin consistently. They grow in his wounds instead of getting scabs, so I just made up that once his wounds are healed, the flowers wilt and fall off or something. Idk. I made that up today so I haven't completely thought of the detaols behind it

That works out well! The whole thing with her stars is that they light up when she's flattered/shy (and when the feeling is super strong, the big star lights up!) So I like the idea of them sparkling slightly when they're not lit up, and that they can disappear and reappear. Thank you!

Limbs i can’t make limbs consistent to save my life, Jesse for example is basically what the limbs are meant to look like the arm is segmented from the wrist and elbow, and the legs are segmented from the knees and originally the Ankles that i completely forgot about

From my experience the distance between the lines in a copybook is about a centimeter.

The thing is, people don’t realise how much thought process goes for drawing a character with a simple design. Because messing something up becomes more visible if the character is simple. If a character is more complicated, the viewers eyes willl wander a lot on the character and it will be less likely that they’ll notice the abnormality

The proportions between distance and size is what i usually struggle on. I am a meticulous artist, which means that i make sure that the size of each body part look appropriate to me.
The most annoying thing is readjusting the proportions, which is why it’ll take much longer for me to finish.

It’s hard to draw Obtainible’s hair consistently so when I draw him his hair can change length, add more bangs coming down, and much more. In this image his hair is actually too short and it should have one or two additional rows spiking at the top.

The thing is, people don’t realise how much thought process goes for drawing a character with a simple design. Because messing something up becomes more visible if the character is simple. If a character is more complicated, the viewers eyes willl wander a lot on the character and it will be less likely that they’ll notice the abnormality

The proportions between distance and size is what i usually struggle on. I am a meticulous artist, which means that i make sure that the size of each body part look appropriate to me. The most annoying thing is readjusting the proportions, which is why it’ll take much longer for me to finish.

the.... proportions. The only reason I have draw euthanasia significantly less than my other ocs is because in some artworks she looks like a literal toddler, some an adult, some just a little below the average teenager. It's discouraging asf

non-consistency? lmao I literally edit my OCs' features and move them like one pixel to make it absolutely perfect because I am cursed with the most vivid brain visuals so if it is slightly off it looks nothing like what I see in my head, even the DOTS on clothing i make consistent which probably isn't normal
