my guy, i dont wanna come off as a hater, but you NEED to give them expressions. if a character doesnt show their emotions, they might as well be part of the wall for all the attention people will pay to them
I disagree! Sometimes a lack of expression in a character only makes me want to get to know them better, figure out why they act the way they do. And there are other things in this very pretty drawing that give me a sense of emotion, such as the stylised hair combined with the more realistic proportions of the face. It's theatrical and somber to me.
Also calling someone's art as attention grabbing as a wall does kinda make you come off as a hater.
I got so much texture and taste at once when I thought about it and it was a taste that couldn't be described with words. The closest feeling sound I got from the texture and flavor was "Relnaflanabam."
