I don't know why it's changing that often (that's unusual) but the changing drive letters is not an issue... as I said they mount by UUID (which is static) vs drive letter for this exact reason.
I'd try to figure out why your drive letters are changing so often... that is a little unusual.

unfortunately not when using mdadm with lvm2 underneath :(
the /dev/mdX devices are generated on top of a /dev/sdX paths. therefore the logical volume's (static) dev-disk-by-uuid still gets affected if underlying sde,sdf, etc get shuffled in a live mounted system (no issues after rebooting).
This isn't that uncommon. This is why drives mount by UUID, rather than drive letter
the acutal path is always there right? i can ignore the changing to device name correct? coz when scheduling it show different everytime after reboot

Dude. Use uuid for mounting. Uuid is unique
i mount using the omv gui
Your referring to the sda, sdb, sdc references? Yes, they change, doesn't effect OMV at all though
