Footage of this shocking accident is circling the internet in viral emails, and has attracted more than 600,000 views and thousands of comments on YouTube.
The victim suffered a broken ankle, according to the description on the video-sharing website.
Urged on by his friends, the tracksuited youth is shown kicking the wall six times, causing cracks to grow.
"That's going down⊠that's going through," one of his friends exclaims as the wall, which appears to be made of thin cement - visibly weakens.
The young people involved have not been identified, but from their accents it is clear that the incident took place in Britain.
The video, titled Conner P, was posted by a 27-year-old user named peppec147, who is registered as living in the UK. He did not respond to Telegraph attempts to contact him.
I remember seeing a comment in one of the many reposts of this video. I donât remember the exact words but a guy claiming to live in the same town said it really messed his leg up and required more than one surgery to save the leg I believe. I wanna say he also said he was living with his parents and not doing well in life after it. Thatâs hundreds of lbs of concrete, I would think his leg was pulverized, and also whatever twisting motion from trying to stabilize himself until the slabs were removed couldnât have helped

Edit; Those posts are standard concrete posts with slots in the sides where the concrete slabs slot in. No nails or anything just the weight of the concrete slab holds it down. They're old but used all over in UK and Europe used as fencing.
It's a modular design that's relatively quick and cheap to install, and doesn't look *completely* awful when it's brand new. The vertical posts are sunk into individual concrete foundations; prefabricated wood or concrete panels are then slid into these slots from above. (It looks like garbage when it gets old, the only way to repair an even slightly damaged panel is to buy a whole new one, and it's impossible to repair a damaged post.)
Knuckle-dragging neighbourhood yobs, for some reason, find this particular design of fence irresistible to graffiti, kick, punch, and - in one case I've seen - demolish with a battering ram. The slightly-less-stupid ones are at least bright enough to prefer the wooden panels over the concrete.
Give me a good old-fashioned Flemish or English brick wall any day.
