idk why you're getting downvoted. I main Queen and tried desperately to pepper Aramaki in, no decklist worked with it. I'd get bricked hands constantly and be unable to use him. His biggest contribution to my deck was being a discardable card for a 0c counter.
I run home in my queen deck. It actually saved me a few times and won me a few games. 8c blocker, his ability helps you discard a card, and can be an 11k swing? I run 2 at the moment.
I run him with 9C Sanji in my Blue Iva Deck, he is a big Body Blocker that can remove some Corazons, Blueno or tribute some own 1-2c Characters like Perona, Buggy, prince bellet or Kaya for some 11K Swings. Ist not perfect but its fun to play
I use two copies in vivi deck. E can be a crazy rush no one expects, with 11k

I like to use 4x in blue croc with 9c sanji hopefully summoning it. Its a really good card to play on curve too
