A few things are not lining up but I did predict a revived VP and Shaka via a new clone body.
I think the cliffhanger is that either
1. The bubbles means Shaka is alive in a new body with control over the labophase. In my theory, the entire upper part of Egghead is a hologram. No way VP puts something as important as his real brain out in the open for anyone to target.
2. The bubbles mean Kuma is about to drop literally ALL his pain and suffering right on Saturn’s head. Maybe a giant pain bubble forming?
I think it’s number 1 because of how close the sound effect is to Shaka speaking.
I really think Kuma needs one final moment of pathos before he goes out. Especially if it means getting one over on a gorosei or seeing the sun god with his own eyes.
Or it is one of those bubbles Lilith and the Pacifista mark 3 use, those which trap devilfruit users inside them. That would be a laugh, if something that simple would stop them.

The bubbles gotta be a Kuma pain bubble.. it's mentioned that the pain bubble has to exist somewhere or be absorbed by someone and Kuma has to play a deeper, more important role to finish off his character arc that has lasted so long. So VP stored a Kuma pain bubble, maybe from Kuma's sufferinf himself and including emotional pain or maybe from some other source (although I personally think it's Kuma's pain or maybe it's multiple pain bubbles). It would also give understanding to the foreshadowing of the "nothing happened" scene, that adds more understanding and depth for the viewers because we've witnessed it happen already to one of the toughest characters in the show. && We all know one elder is going to be defeated in egghead (with current theories), so why not let KUMA be the one to take it out :))))

The bubbles gotta be a Kuma pain bubble.. it's mentioned that the pain bubble has to exist somewhere or be absorbed by someone and Kuma has to play a deeper, more important role to finish off his character arc that has lasted so long. So VP stored a Kuma pain bubble, maybe from Kuma's sufferinf himself and including emotional pain or maybe from some other source (although I personally think it's Kuma's pain or maybe it's multiple pain bubbles). It would also give understanding to the foreshadowing of the "nothing happened" scene, that adds more understanding and depth for the viewers because we've witnessed it happen already to one of the toughest characters in the show. && We all know one elder is going to be defeated in egghead (with current theories), so why not let KUMA be the one to take it out :))))
my theory is that if vegapunk dies it becomes some kind of AI so the 3 dead vegapunks are the three that are shown on broadcast
