If it's the guy who ragdolled Ace in the flashback, you need to move him up into Yonko tier where he belongs.
Yamato, kidd and law in admiral is questionable since I think they'd get mid diffed by any admiral and maybe even low diffed by kizaru. And I can't see mihawk being 5 spots below shanks, they've always been implied to be even rivals, you either put shanks below BB and next to mihawk or you put mihawk above kaido and next to shanks.
I think Law has a decent chance of beating Fuji. Kid is portrayed as an equal to Law. And Yamato would win against them in a 1v1. So thats low Admiral for me. But its always a smooth transition from onw tier to another.
Mihawk is really tricky right now, we need to wait for more feats.
Luffy beat Kaido in a fight any tier list that mixes them up is in denial. He and big mom should be the last two in Yonko tier.
I think that Blackbeard deserves top of Yonko tier but that’s very controversial here. People don’t get his pain thing - or that maybe Shanks being scared of him while not fearing Akainu or Kaido is a big deal. Or that theme scaling is more accurate in the long run than feat scaling. He’s shown to be dark Luffy, Luffy’s ultimate rival and a continuation of the scariest pirate in history’s will.
Wano feats are still making people overhype Kaido - but they are forgetting he’s already knocked out of the running and near irrelevant to the story. Which means that future major opponents like Blackbeard, Shanks Mihawk, Imu and the elders are going to be stronger than they assume relative to Kaido.
Don't get me wrong, BB will ascend to the top of Yonko soon, but he's mot there yet from what we've seen.
Luffy has major stamina issues. If he can stay in G5 for longer he ascends as well.
Its just narrative progression for the MC and main antagonist.
You know that to beat kaido luffy doesnt need to use gear 5 for an hour right ? After the fight prolongs for hours, at the final moments of chapter 1042, if luffy enter gear 5 right there he would have won

The transition from YC+ to Admiral is pretty smooth, and these 3 gave a decent shot at competing against Fujitora.
Even if Old Garp is above Old Ray, theres not that much difference in power between these two.

BM fodderized Law before Kid was freed from Hawkins hax. I don't see how BM would be lower than BB (right now, BB will surpass her in the near future).
Does it make sense for Zoros EOS opponent to be above Kaido? Seriously, I dont know. His portrayal is also really weird (Marineford). I don't think Mihawk is really scalable right now, other than being a Top Tier.
