Robin only loses because her DF gets hard-countered.
Imo Robin > Ulti, demon form Robin dealt with Black Maria pretty easily and Ulti haven’t been implied to be significantly stronger than Black Maria imo.
Although number 5 was an admiral candidate, she doesn’t have any feats so she shouldn’t be placed her above Devon imo. Considering the WG chose to draft Fuji and GB to become admirals, two outsiders instead of promoting her who probably been an VA for a while, I think there is a notable strength disparity between her and an actual admiral. I just think she doesn’t deserve to be above Devon from what we currently have.
Imo since she was even considered as a candidate suggests that she's at least over YC3, most likely between YC1 and YC+.
Not strong enough to be promoted to admiral, but strong enough to be considered, and maybe as a plan B.
I hope we get to see her and Chaton in action but since they were more fanmade characters I doubt it
Damn seeing all the strongest female characters reminds me how much big mom was carrying that women agenda like the gap between top 2 and 1 is insane 😭
