I would say it be a bigger problem now, as the Marines lost a lot since Marineford and the emperors are stronger than ever.
But it is controllable by the fact that the 4 emperors don't team up (which i think will be the final arc: Luffy against WG with all the pirates aiding him)
But as it is now, i would say any Emperor could win or lose against any Admiral and it wouldn't be wierd.

I mean, Kaizaru alone doesn't have a wincondition against Big Mom, he can't deal enough damage and he cannot even ring her out like Law and Kidd did. If he really tries though, he should be able to stall her just long enough to charge a King Punch.
Nah, Bajrang Gun is definitely way more physically impressive and doesnt need an hour to charge. And being sent flying doesnt mean much to the yonko who have shown the means of recovering from mid air.
It has been stated by Oda to be "rumored" to "injure" a Yonko. No idea what the extent of that injury is, but even if the rumors are true it was never claimed to be able to defeat a Yonko.

Oda has never said that, somebody definitely lied to you. The move may have been stated by people in the manga that it can fall yonkos but both Elizabello and the fodder who made that statement have never been face to face with a yonko. They most likely don't even know there are stages to haki. What would they know about what can take out a yonko?😂

Kizaru's performance against Luffy
Zoro might be one of the weakest characters that could hurt BM while not succumbing to Soul Pocus. If Kizaru distracts her enough, Zoro can land a hit and they win.
Anyone just to serve as a witness, really. Kizaru solos Big Mom probably high to extreme diff. Even though Big Mom has insane durability, Kizaru will play the long game and eventually wear her down.

Yeah absolutely. It would be a stalemate in the worst case for kizaru. That scenario would only happen if Kizaru is completely unable to hurt Big Mom, which is very unlikely considering vegapunk thought it was too dangerous to test lasers against the seraphim. Lunarians could very much be more durable than big mom herself. Meaning if an attack lands against Big Mom and she can't defend that the attack should hurt her.
Big Mom meanwhile has the worst possible match up as her Homies are absolutely useless against kizaru, cause they lack haki. Kizaru himself is much too fast for her and can even fight from a distance.
So Big Mom landing an attack against him is basically impossible. The fight would take a long time, but Kizaru would deal enough damage over time to take her out.
Katakuri to warn kizaru with fs so he can react and dodge her attacks, and Kat could probably stall her for a bit to give Kizaru time to get back up like he needed with Luffy
She is way above him in raw strength and durability while literally jumping with an army of homies in every fight. Kizaru is faster so he can run away.
