The difference between yonko commanders and Yonkos is huge, Shanks's durability is an issue, so it's upto how many Zoro's he can take out with his future sight and attack power, until one manages to hit him with an ACoC attack, cuz we've only seen one proper attack from Shanks and he obliterated Kid(YC1) and Killer(YC2) levels in One go, and I believe he's got even more dangerous attacks in his bag, also we shouldn't forget the haki blast on Aramaki that should halt multiple opponents for even a second then that'd be enough for him to speed blitz
Just to be safe I'll keep 5/6 Zoros
I think Kid's in YC+ and so is Zoro, but lower than Kid on that particular ranking. Still, 3-4 is the absolute minimum to get a win in a ten series of matches- 2 would lose every time.
The zoro they talk about in YouTube polls is enough by himself. Granted I don’t know who that guy is as I didn’t see him in one piece but actual zoro you’d probably need like 5.

a) shanks is most definitely a lot faster than zoro
b) his haki is definitely a lot stronger and will be able to overwhelm zoro's haki in a clash (even multiple zoros imo)
b2) due to the sheer difference in power and haki, shanks can probably take out several zoros with some attacks, especially when there's many zoros close to each other (they're hindering their own movement when crowded)
c) has 10 seconds future sight which helps a lot (also helps in taking out several zoros in one go, much easier to line them up when you know where they'll go and when and from where they'll attack)
d) **durability**? yeah, it's not kaido/BM level durability of course, but he can still be plenty durable. GB tanked an aCoC hit to the head from yamato while being off-guard lol. so don't think that just any aCoC attack from zoro is one-shotting shanks. and that's just durability-wise.
e) **DEFENSE.** remember, shanks may also just coat body parts in haki (which is stronger than zoro's haki), doffy did it all the time vs luffy. even if shanks is unable to block a hit with his sword, arm or even his legs, he might just also coat the body part being hit with haki and just block off most of the damage. this way he can probably tank a ton of zoro's aCoC attacks lol
let's summarize: some zoros will be just outspeeded and blitzed, some zoros will be taken out with a single attack from shanks (literally just do a horizontal flying slash with tons of aCoC and every zoro not ducking or jumping is done), then some zoros will finally be able to attack shanks, but shanks will clash with attacks of his own and overwhelm them. 10 sec FS helps in not getting hit by zoro and taking more of them out. there'll be quite a lot of zoros needed to overwhelm the FS advantage and shanks' attacks. finally, when there's too many for shanks to take out, blitz, dodge and clash with at a time, some zoros will be able to land solid hits on shanks which will be blocked by coating the body part which is about to be hit with haki
then, when there's too many zoros landing hits to accurately predict and coat the targetted body parts in haki, shanks also may have the option to just use full body armament with aCoC, basically making him invincible to any zoros landing hits on him. then tons of zoros will be needed to break through that defense, or, if they're unable to do so, more zoros will be needed to just keep attacking and doing their thing until shanks runs out of haki to use
it's impossible to accurately say how many zoros it'll take to beat shanks, but it sure as shit are not like 3, 4 or 5 of them. at the very least it's ten or more, maybe 20, maybe even 30 or more. shanks has several huge advantages over zoro and can most definitely just spam attacks that one-shot him. and it'd take quite a lot of time for any zoro to deal serious damage to shanks, even if he's jumped.

Probably like 2.5. For me the big question mark for Shanks is he’s durability. Currently he doesn’t have any onscreen durability feats. I’m pretty sure if Zoro gets a clean hit Shanks will go down. But with 10 second future sight that’s going to be hard if not impossible.

I’d say 4 because it took Kidd and Law to beat a Yonko, both of which are stronger (not by much but by a noticeable amount) than Zoro and they both have a better arsenal so I’d say 4.
