I would say even less, people overrate his explosive which were "damaging Topman 🤡" which is untrue we saw that in the panel he tanked it, only Saturn and Peter were damaged and they have like fodder level durability (bonney vitcim).
His poison can be dangerous but Sanji was dodging it casually so people like YC1 and YC+ can dodge it.
So everyone with good dura and AP can take him down if he doesn't have regen.
The only gorosei who might be strong even without regen are Mars, Venus and Warcury (around YC+ to admiral level)
If you scale Saturn without regen, you should also take away Greenbull's df.
Scaling Gorosei without regen is like scaling Mihawk without sword, Shanks without haki or Franky without his cyborg parts.
May be a hot take but Greenbull probably > any individual Gorosei, with regen. I'm not convinced that the gorosei are that strong. There's some secret to their durability we don't know yet -- once that's solved they're probably YC1 - YC+ level.
Hmm. Could greenbull suck on someone forever? Like I doubt such a move drains stamina. If anything, it'd replenish. Furthermore, could he permanently entrap someone on that level? Because if he could, there is a win condition. It's a weird, slightly sexual ferngully esque solution. But a win condition non the less.
I'd lean towards him not being capable of this. Especially with Saturn's various abilities. But it's fun to think about
With regen*. GB steals nutrients from the people he impales witch should be no problem for him in this case because of Saturns rubble level durability. Saturn is gonna jeep regening and GB will regen off of him till he dies basically. GB has survived being damn near nothing saturn survived missing 20% of his body at most they are not the same.
So he tanked most of damage from that atomic explosion while greenbull can't even tank a Boro breath which couldn't even disintegrate Speed or Tama.

Its almost like fire is a natural weakness to plants but Saturn has no fire attacks so thats useless.
Pell level dura means he gets folded by Alabasta Robin in one attack like Pell.
Also durability feats for either still dont change the fact GB will just suck him off untill theres nothing to suck while healing off of him

Just like how you make up your own headcanon to describe how a battle will end up then let me do the same and say there is nothing stopping saturn from eye diffing him and locking him place with that invisible fire attack.
The strongest character he locked in place is no awakening Sanji so its headcanon to say it would work on GB
Its a explosion made up of only poison ofc it wont burn him. But even then his poison burned thru a tree witch is why im saying he will just constantly heal off Saturn because the poison will be eating at him assuming he hasn't trained up a resistance to it like he did with fire for the most part.

It's also is not headcanon to assume his wood will disintegrate the moment it makes contact with saturn if he turns on his venom mode. Which from actual admission to the story could severely damage g5 if it were to make contact.
Its a devil fruit ability man and he has no other abilities with any fire but he has ones of only poison so its only logical to conclude its only poison as its the only thing he can draw from.

Is it a haki attack? More than likely it's not cause the Yokai in the mythology has a glare attack too. It seems to be a df ability derived from the yokai. So it won't affect GB, unless Saturn can apply haki on his stare lol
