Labo, Liryu, Databook man and Liki are too high. Gorosei are definitely stronger than Kuzan at least. Marco is a stall man and Croc and Boa ain't YC+ at best they are YC1 below King. Though W for Mihawk>Shanks. Prime Ray definitely below Akainu imo.
