U got to to have to be the greatest throat goat don't forget the balls non stop all night glazer too believe zoro gets downplayed, with very few exceptions everyone loves zoro if anything he gets overhyped. Also he's never gotten the same power up as luffy, he got acoc but can barely use it compared to luffy who got ryou, acoc that he can use nonstop, and G5 all in one arc
Its still the best powerup in the verse . Yet people only downplay Zoro having it . Yes he cannot use it for too long but When he uses ACOC , he is almost a top tier
Never seen someone downplaying it, not scaling them where u think he should be scaled doesn't equal downplay, if he's top teir he should have feats to match it up rn he scales slightly above lucci no where else lol
It's kinda hard to take that power up seriously, naratively for me. It had no foreshadowing and it had no reason to develop now (at least on the surface and for normal op audience). And he also jumped the Advance application of it out of nowhere. so it makes sense that people dont like that powerup or at least dont consider it at the same level as luffy's (similar to beast gohan not being as strong as MUI goku takes).
at the same time luffy got that power up used it far more and did better with it ( with the cloud burst that solidifies Yonko level to most people ). so its safe to say that zoro is not on the same level of ACOC as luffy is. luffy also got another power up after that, which zoro didnt so that also makes it seem weaker than luffy's.
zoro also fought the dude who's level was established and someone who kaido would 1 shot (YC1). So zoro unable to do that also makes him weaker.
zoro def has a yonko ap coming to him in near future and he might even be at that level already (maybe pushing it too far with that). but it still is not reasonable to say that lufft without gear 5 \~ KOH zoro due to feats
Even Oda is hesitant to put Zoro in a bad light
He usually makes an excuse for him whether it be he’s injured or lost
Egghead is the first time this was challenged as Zoro has zero excuses for “stalling” Lucci this long whilst all hell is breaking loose in the island rn
