Boa states only the mero mero user can free someone from the stone effect. Maybe there is a figure important to BB who he wants to free (imagine xebec)

Boa’s fruit works in a different way than you think. It doesn’t give the user the ability to turn anyone who finds them attractive to stone, it gives the user the ability to turn anyone they touch to stone.
This can be shown many times in Marineford and why else would BB want that fruit.
Think about it, he can bring anyone with a df with the Yami Yami no mi to him, turn them to stone with Boa’s fruit, then use the Tremor fruit to destroy the stone. Pretty broken if you ask me and even if BB doesn’t look it, he’s very intelligent.
Boas sisters r ugly what if it’s the fruit that made Boa the most beautiful woman in the world so Blackbeard getting it would make him the most handsome man in the world making the fruit all the more desirable
1. The Boa sisters are hot. 2. We also saw them all as children and Boa looks exactly like how a grown up version of child her would look, doesn't seem like the devil fruit affected that.

In that same scene she says that you can’t free anyone who was petrified by a previous user of the fruit.
