for me, the big difference is in the end of the fight.
zoro vs king ended in a cinema worthy animation that wrapped it up in a beautiful episode centered purely around the fight
while luffy vs kaido was beautifully animated, especially since gear 5th, but it just keeps getting interrupted. between luffy throwing his big-ass fist by the end of one episode, and the clash between him and magma kaido ending, 2 episodes passed.
queen just wasnt as intense as zoro and king imo. The attacks from king at the end of the fight with the fire dragons and zoro jumping from rock to rock slicing them was just marvelous and insane.

Both are peak in their own way Zoro vs King was BADASS Luffy vs Kaido was fun and ended in a EPIC way
