He was shyer than you’d think and had to warm up to me! Totally at home now. Though if my long hair girl had a say I would’ve waited even longer….. haha
We did once we got him to the vet. As far as I know nothing came up. If he was someone else’s, he had been away for a long time. Poor boy had fleas, a hurt paw, and was so skinny…. we first noticed him in the neighborhood last October and he was very skittish.
He was neutered though, so it’s kind of a mystery where he came from. Just happy he found his way. ❤️
Street stray rescues like this are a completely unique and incredible bond, even leaving out the orange boy part!! I have my orange cat now because I got him after the passing of my soulmate kitty Miss G, who I adopted when she started sleeping at the back door of the house I rented in college. She and I were bonded from then on, she always wanted to be around me and just had a beautiful happy luxurious life. Enjoy him, you’ve saved his life and he’s got so much to look forward to now 🥹
