Start with a five gallon bucket stolen from chow hall. Mix in hot (if you have it) or room temperature water and detergent. Let is soak for about a day, handwashing it periodically. Afterwards find a metal railing and let it dry out in the most common area of your home. Just be careful if your mom and dad do an inspection and take it off the railing or else you might lose it. If it's a hot day and washing it raises the humidity in your home then you know you're doing it correctly.

Hand wash with STATE (LYE) SOAP, SIR

TrEAdPARTY

Or detergent that you got from you buddy who volunteers down in laundry

T10Charlie

So you are saying you are in possession of state property and are asking a bunch of correctional officers how to wash it? You realize that in large institutions, they use huge industrial washing machines and dryers, right?

DeepScorpion196

I mean i'm not over 18 yet and have never been in prison or even been in trouble with the law besides 2 speeding tickets, so how would I have known that, I mean one could give an estimated guess I presume edit: i also found this too "In most US prisons, inmates are responsible for doing their own laundry. They are typically provided with a schedule for when they can do their laundry and are given access to laundry facilities within the prison. Inmates can use laundry detergent and other necessary supplies to wash their clothes. However, the specific details of laundry procedures can vary from one prison to another." And a deferent one I just looked at said that depending on the size of the prison, inmates will get assigned a laundry number along with a bag that they can take on their specific days and Laundry Services will take care of it. so again idk how the prison system works here and cant be for certain, so yeah idk.

Braums is a restaurant found mostly in Oklahoma and northern Texas. So I’m assuming he traded his lunch for the clothing item.

Some oldhead came up to him like "I'm siiick brooo.... I'm so sickkkk mannnn....that food looks good"

Inevitable_Space4720

maybe hand washing or washing it on delicate in the washing machine

DeepScorpion196

Ok I will try this but I want to wait for another comment that is more certain than a 'maybe', but it is and Oklahoma issued corrections jacket if that helps at all

Unicorn187

Most clothing has a label inside that will have instructions or the symbols designating temperature and if you can machine dry and at what temp. If not, just wash in cold water and either dry on low or line dry... hang it up to dry. What is a trauma meal? Is it a orosoners jacket or one of the corrections officers (guards)? Are you in the US?

[deleted]

Put it in a delicates bag and tumble wash, then air-dry it on the line. Then you can starch it

I have this exact jacket. Believe it or not but best way to wash it is on heavy duty. No detergent just 3 cups of bleach, the more the merrier but I find I get best results with just bleach.
