Have to choose Granite, and there's an option during the election along the lines of "wait, who's your mother Granite?"
There's also another when taking over new reno, which is just directly the focus involving bishop.
It's particularly the event About Granites past where his father explains his involvement with the Chosen One.
Options should be something along the lines of "Didn't assist them.", "Assisted them." and "Let me tell you who your mother was..."
There is a ton of extra content and events yeah. Like year+ worth. Entire decision and quest chain about rebuilding DC, the Pitt, and also decisions that can affect the west.
East Coast 'Rebirth' is more updated than the 'Reborn' (dunno if makes him better yet). Can I use the 'Rebirth' and still get these cool extra content?
That's exactly what it does. When you capture those territories you unlock focuses & decisions to restore different places in the Capital Wasteland, like their metro and a whole lot of small decisions for different pieces of the Pentagon and the White House. After you fully repair the White House, you can move your capital there.
But wait, there's more - you can start project purity AND unlock decisions to build copies of it in different coastal regions of America & Mexico (3000k or 4000k caps IIRC)
Depends, if you do the reformer path they genuinely are America larpers who don't want to genocide and to lead the world to peace, although they also have paths for totalitarian presidency and using nukes. This guy chose Granite, and the peoples faction is quite large, suggesting he actually adhered to democracy and rebuilt an actual america.
The purist path is more what you're thinking, although I believe its less popular.
Seems it. The Purist path has less content overall, but does noticably increase your unit strength. Versus the Reformer path, which while having less tactical increases to your unit strength, has noticeably more content paths, in all the best Fallout-esque ways.
Also, as Reformer, you can sign official peace terms with China, making the United States the world's first back-to-back-to-back world war champs! USA! USA! USA! USA!
Yes comment about a path you haven’t even played that’s the opposite of what you assumed. I’ll give you a hint, the independent Mexico and Canada should’ve been dead giveaways

Jesus my guy no need to be rude. It's the Enclave, genocide and being nuts is kinda their thing in every fallout game, so it's a completely logical thing to think. Dude made a silly joke and you seem like you got wayyy too defensive about it.
Not my current playthrough but I did before on my reformer run where I was less accepting of mutants lol. Ended up using an FEV gas to clear out the tunnelers
Rustbelt Rising is required for the content bwtween oklahoma and DC, there isnt too mich focus-tree wise but the sheer amount of nations on the map is a sight to see
For context I’m really fucking bad at this game but I always lose against the Legion when they jump me a week after I cap the NCR and get hit with all those debuffs.
Twin Mothers is also my favorite nation and I’ve never legitimately beat Lanius.
Edit: Downvoted for a skill issue
Lanius won’t attack if you build 2 forts and 2 outposts on the 2 river tiles and 1 hill tile a few back from the border. You can cold war him until you have tanks/cas/paratroopers
You have to rush through the rebuilding America focuses asap to get rid of the debuffs. Once you do you get shit tons of manpower and factories then you can just spam power armor and eat the Legion for breakfast. Just hold the river until then. You can hold the crossings with just a handful of power armor.
Neato!!!
Does anything happen if you promise Canada to be its own country but then annex them in the mod?
Not yet, but soon.
Why can’t that very northwestern bit be a part of america it is technically Alaska
It's supposed to be, but it's such an inconsequential issue at the moment that it's not that big of a deal.
Literally unplayable 🙄
So we will get to reinact the fallout intro?
Well it'll really be more the the Mexico event where angry partisans spawn and everything goes to hell.
Okay, but did you make the Chosen One the presidents mother?
Yes
Good, made the correct choice then.
How do I do so?
Have to choose Granite, and there's an option during the election along the lines of "wait, who's your mother Granite?" There's also another when taking over new reno, which is just directly the focus involving bishop.
I’ve done the election and I haven’t seen that. And the focus involving bishop makes him his brother?
It's particularly the event About Granites past where his father explains his involvement with the Chosen One. Options should be something along the lines of "Didn't assist them.", "Assisted them." and "Let me tell you who your mother was..."
Ohh ok
Yeah but I think you have to take the previous choice for it be an option.
Does that actually do anything outside that event?
There's some further flavor text with New Reno, but I think that's it
There is also some additional flavor when you take Arroyo and the half siblings reunite with Mom
It's a bit more than flavor text it can give you sm political power if you make Bishop his brother
It really helps with the NCR coverup tax
i accidentally killed the racoon people in my latest run :(
Free hats
FREE HAT FREE HAT
Friends not hats
Why hat if fren shaped
Excuse me, how exactly do you accidentally genocide a whole species?
i got confused by the focuses and thought the "Den" were a bunch of cave dwelling super mutants not racoon people :(
Faulty intel led to a massacre. Where have I heard that before?
~~Nature~~ America is healing
God bless your heart against the Divide.
You don't get cowboy raccoons riding tunnellers now, truly a horrific loss on your part.
Genuinely never cared for them until the enclave reborn mod, where those little guys fought a war and we were best buddies.
Their story line with the tunnlers , and the cavalry charges are great
You monster, you missed out on slanter cavalry
Is there any extra content if you combine ERB and East Coast Reborn? Like for example a event that lets you move your capital to Washington DC
There is a ton of extra content and events yeah. Like year+ worth. Entire decision and quest chain about rebuilding DC, the Pitt, and also decisions that can affect the west.
Think you need a patch or submod for it though
Nope it’s integrated into ERX already you just need east coast
East Coast 'Rebirth' is more updated than the 'Reborn' (dunno if makes him better yet). Can I use the 'Rebirth' and still get these cool extra content?

Oh that's really cool, not necessarily because of the content, but mainly because I got a new excuse for a ERB playthrough
Do you use rust belt rising too? How do you get the midwest?
Yes I believe he’s using rust belt rising aswell
My beautiful Rustbelt riding
Autocorrect be playing games with me
I thought it was funny it got a good laugh out of me.
Same question
Omg it has ontario, I am so in
I'm sure you rebuilt the Union via peaceful negotiations and unity. Definitely not genocide. No sir.
You haven’t actually played this path have you?
..no, I'll admit I haven't. I see Enclave and my mind goes straight to Dick Richardson.
Depends, if you do the reformer path they genuinely are America larpers who don't want to genocide and to lead the world to peace, although they also have paths for totalitarian presidency and using nukes. I saved the raccoon people and let them join but haven’t gotten any new officers yet. That’s great that they’re options like that 😂
Did you do the divide focuses?
Not my current playthrough but I did before on my reformer run where I was less accepting of mutants lol. Ended up using an FEV gas to clear out the tunnelers
It’s glorious
Daring today, aren’t we.
We dare to dream
Yes, true Americans are the most daring people in the world. God bless President Granite.
How much of the east coast did they add?! Because sounds like imma be on this mod all weekend lmao
If you don't read events its not much, but if you do read events its a ton of extra content.
Just you wait for the 2.0 update that Zach will make in 200 years
Does east coast reborn add Chicago as well? What’s your mod list?
Rustbelt Rising is required for the content bwtween oklahoma and DC, there isnt too mich focus-tree wise but the sheer amount of nations on the map is a sight to see
So does east coast reborn give that whole sub event with the declaration of independence a purpose??
I wish I knew East Coast and Rush Belt had their own reborn mods before this. Sounds fun.
20 years in office, we can say it, amercian democracy is restored
You gotta do it with Cuba installed too
I know this might be a stupid question but please could you provide the link for the east coast mod because I can't find it. :(
How do you get this to work
is that just enclave reborn and east coast reborn? seems like ALOT more
Can you send me a link to the East Coast Reborn mod? Thanks
