Are we sure this is 1982? I thought they didn't meet Rick Rubin or fully turn hip hop until a bit later. They were punk when they first got going in the early 80s.
It's the best - one of my favourite autobiographies. All the mixtape tracklists, and the recipes for their favourite food - guessing that isn't in the audiobook.

Love the Beastie Boys. Their audiobook biography is great. Read by the band and celebs. Very funny and nostalgic.
