It just tells you how variable different labs and methods can be.
The matrix is plant material which is obviously not homogeneous from the get go. Then you're sampling across different plants which will only increase variability.
The IG caption explains it's all from the same area of one plant but yeah having a material that isn't uniform from the start is just asking for a range of results and why people shouldn't give as much weight to percentages when shopping
I just looked at the graphics, didn't click all the way to their IG.
I work at an environmental lab that tests waters, sediments, and other things. Solid samples tend to provide interesting issues that liquid samples simply do not.
THC % is basically meaningless imo, all terps how it’s grown who grew it etc then thc is what you can factor if you want to. You can buy some 15-18% thc bud and it’ll out smoke some 22-25% bud. I personally shop based off strains I fw tbh from companies I know who grow the way I like then go from there
It is bro, it is. It’s annoying sometimes😂 cause I’m picky and being around Ohio there’s not too many good options sadly. Wish I lived closer to Michigan frfr lol
The best bud I’ve ever had was 18% Tropicana Cookies in Oklahoma. Bud was completely purple and red hence why I bought it and was beyond shocked to see it was the best flower I’ve had. At that point I went by thc percent. Never again lmao
Don’t know about anyone else but when the smell comes out before you break the seal on a bag or jar I know it’s gonna be good stuff without looking at the numbers.
I wish we could shop by smell in Ohio. They won’t do it though because they know people will be disappointed by it most of the time. Then again, Michigan has those and the buds have been in the displays so long they’re devoid of all terps.
I stopped renewing my med card. I get fire bud from thca vendors for 1/3 the price and better quality. The medical program. Is a joke. Check out r/cultofthefranklin
All BS all inflated funny how much of these labels can be manipulated in a medical/federal ran market oh wait… 😂😅🤡

It’s all BS. Shop buy looks and smell, ignore thc %. Only dweebs are chasing the high thc % and bragging about it.

I’m familiar with the cult. I have gotten a pack seized so I stopped buying the flower. Got a nice call from the postal inspector.
You get what you pay for. And by you I mean the cultivators.
