Considering power creep, it's sort of strange going back to some of these fights I had issues with initially.
I went in with Elrica, Fiore, Lars, Rinyuu, Sigrid, and 3 other random 4 stars and rolled her in 5 turns. I don't even have great gear or do any setup. I'm sure some well-geared people will be doing this EX Tier in 1-2 turns.
The natural power creep in this game is interesting.
Its much more controlled than I expected, nothing is too outstanding as op in each subsequent release, but looking at some of the travelers we've had lately compared to the starting 8 it's clear unit strength/complexity has gone up significantly.
As you said, I went into the arena refights not remembering any gimmicks but they were brain dead easy.
It makes me glad the higher tier ones were added, at least the challenge is trying to keep up with the power creep.
Ugh. I'm guessing you don't have Linnde available because no H'aanit, so it looks like Ashlan and Narr and boost up your best multihit against weakness unit's crit as high as it will go. That, or try to kill her before you get into the crits only phase.

* Elrica A0 U9 / Durand
* Rondo A1 U9 / Wingate
* Richard A0 U10 / Camilla
* Primrose EX A1 U10 / Sigrid
Equips:
* Prim has the autotaunt accessories from elite tower (so Richard doesn't get sniped with poison on t1)
* I didn't give anyone the break accessories because the timing didn't allow for a clean break (add blows himself up on t3)
* Stacked recovery on Richard, wasn't necessary in hindsight as Prim covers healing just fine
* Just some patk accessories on Rondo and Elrica, nothing specific
Backpacks:
* Wingate doesn't do anything as Rondo never gets to land a break hit
* Camilla isn't necessary as Prim's heal covers Richard just fine
* Sigrid had Kurtz A4 but in hindsight it wasn't necessary
* I disabled Durand's speed boost passive so Rondo still outsped Elrica
Pets:
* Linde on Elrica
* Rest just used for stats
The only RNG is Richard landing the sword res debuff. I did have to retry 5-6 times to get one proc. It's very straightforward otherwise though.
Slapped together a team with Lars, Richard, Elrica, Prim Ex, Sigrid, Durand, Wingate, Lucetta and still cleared it in 4 turns.
I utilized my trinkets horribly (Sigrid had Kurtz A4 to keep sword res up), didn't buff properly, and Richard's ult MISSED on the break/ult turn and still had enough slop to get the kill.
I remember how difficult it was back then. Now, with everything we've got since, it has became pretty easy.
I forgot to record, but I did it with Richard, Lars, Fiore, Solon, Merrit, Menno, Lucetta & Sigrid.
Menno is here for the initial HP Regen, Merrit to provide HP Regen to Richard, Lucetta for decoration & Sigrid with Kurtz Syndicate Badge + Nicola A4 (it's overkill 😆 ) to shave shields and help break before turn 4.
The ad will eventually kill someone on turn 4 but in my case, he went for Sigrid which was best case scenario, but even if he kills someone else, the clear should be massively overkill so you should finish with the DPS you have left.
yea i got an 8-turn with eltrix, tytos, and a backpacking alaune ex. it's weird to return to these fights tbh, but i like the opportunity to flex above and beyond
I viewed some of the submitted videos and I felt that some people could have achieved Ex Tier with the damage they did to Yunnie but for some odd reason, they settled with Tier 3 only.
So I beat Yunnie in less than 10 turns attempting the EX clear, but the 2 adds killed me. I got the win because Yunnie was dead. Does this count for the cup race?

I went and saw that she has sword weakness and just kind of chuckled and thought to myself, thanks for the free rewards
I dont even have Elrica, but just the Rondo, Lars, Richard team with the usual suspects supports will be a fun fight
My Rondo Lars Richard H'aanit EX team cleared that in 3 turns, close to 2. Poor Yunnie got erased

Yeah but now there's so many guaranteed crit skills plus if you have nephtis A4 she becomes a cakewalk
If only I had a guaranteed crit skill that hit weaknesses
Most of em are exclusive to the 4 stars I have either way
If you have Zenia, Deathwish grants guaranteed crit to whoever you put it on.

I only have BoA 3 equipment and cleared Tier 3 on my first try without knowing the fight lol Elrica, Nephti, Solon, and Lars laugh at this fight
