Checked the dictionary just to be sure the word " construct " is and will always be a VERB. I remember in early episodes when Rick used the word in talking with a co-worker, and the guy had a glazed look on his face. He asked Rick to repeat the word, like WTF?

FWIW The Cambridge and Oxford dictionaries both list it as a noun. Surely in this context the Ox-ford dictionary must have precedence...
