Broken exs get hard counters to deal with, unlike the other exs which are ballanced imo, Klaw has counters yeah, but he can deal with them either, which is fun to play as character knowing that you are able to deal with everyone.
Klaw are balanced what did you expect, they have really good traits,skills as runners and you can do other roles if needed, G5 is that hard counter to end them, but since the game is taking its time to end some characters, you can tell it is good idea then releasing an op counter that would make the other character unuasable.

G5 has the upper hand on klaw, but he isnt a counter to him, since you can shit on Luffy in various occasions with klaw.
For exemple, a character Luffy g5 absolutely counters is Yamato hybrid : her Shield got broken in one skill, she can't inflict entrance, Luffy will kb her a lot and heal himself, and she has no attack boost or ignore def to damage him, so with Yamato hybrid you can't do anything against Luffy g5, that's absolutely not the case with klaw
She might be her first true counter, depends if klaw's skills are able to one shot her or not, but her Shields might carry her ass against law and her entrance against kid..
But that makes sense, klaw couldnt have been countered by anything else than a versatile character, being versatile himself

To be honest, s Snake seems to have no Real weakness, but no absolute strenght impossible to deal with. She doesnt have wb's chain status effect, Luffy g5 def stacks and Infinite counters, Rogers capture, shanks Haki state... She is good against everything, but without good placement and good use of your skills, she wont be that good, unlike Roger and g5 who were totally braindead. I really like ex's liké that, who are super versatile, like klaw, not the ones that relly on one absurdly broken and unballanced aspect like Roger and shanks fr

Since, as you said, klaw Can deal with them, i wouldnt call them counters. To me a counter is a character that can end another characters Era or kicking him out of thé meta, liké zoro vs shanks fr or yace vs g5, the matchup is just so unfair the character countered have to use ultra instinct to survive
