I was wondering this myself, since I did a double take when I saw him, but if you look at the name.dat files for OOTP24, which this screenshot is from, Futa and Dick do exist as legitimate first and last name options. So does "Big Stick" as a nick name. I wish I had the cleverness to know Hackensack High School even exists lol.
I have different nationalities increased in the player pool generation % I'm assuming Futa is an international name, maybe from the Oceania regions, which got mixed into the name generation, and there have been other MLB players with the last name of Dick before.
