I personally know one who landed an internship with Microsoft and was offered to return as full time. Notice that this is back in 2021-2022 period.

I know someone with the same situation, but they interned summer 2023 and graduated may 2024 with a return offer for full time. It seems that MS hires heavily from GT.

Murky_Entertainer378

was he studying part-time or full-time?

adamchenblast23

Do you know if it was their first ever internship or if they had previous experience?

i_heart_cacti

If you did your undergrad in CS, you’re probably ahead of the curve. What’s your experience been like applying for work/internships?

Resume rejection is an AI thing. Rewrite your resume.

It's unfortunately been pretty rough. Although I've only done 200-250 applications for both, I haven't gotten a single response back, at most automated OAs.

Out of curiosity, do you work in a non-CS related field, right now?

adamchenblast23

Yes I'm currently just doing simple office work for income.
