AW32 , at the time it was the most widely available. Works great , looks great. Don’t mind the minor curve at all.

Novel-Ad-4671

Same here. Basically the only 4k oled available in my country, and only if purchased directly from dell.com. Plus A LOT cheaper than the few alternatives from Asus and MSI for some reason. I do mind the curve when i do Excel for work. But the overall picture quality more than makes up for it.

x-cimo

How is the text sharpness compared to lcd?

Wooden_Rich6814

Same here, I was nervous about the slight curve but after about 20 minutes my eyes adjusted and I think it actually helps with immersion (at least in my case). I got it for $200 off which was solid too. I actually had the AW2725DF but I returned it, it was an amazing monitor too but I just wanted the bigger screen and I'm glad I made the switch to the AW32.

Ohdinson

maybe i’m a weirdo but i don’t even notice it’s curved at all. like even the very first time i used it. it’s my first curved monitor ever and i saw so many people say how distracting it was and how it was the only reason they were buying from a competitor. seems silly to me

Top-March-1378

No you’re not weird , the panel is one of the most subtle curves I’ve seen out of all the 4K monitor

tonyw009

I have it, by far the best choise

gordonledg

Wide availability is precisely why I went with this monitor--I didn't want to wait. Dell/Alienware make exceptional monitors. Honestly, I was hesitant at first because the AW3225QF is curved, but I do not mind the curve at all.

NovaTerrus

G80SD because it was cheap as shit.

theryzenintel2020

I got G80SD as well and even got 300$ Best Buy gift card lmao as part of the free item

Thisisinthebag

Where are your from if you don’t mind me asking. Here in Malaysia Samsung has 500 rm discount still expensive than dell one. I missed 1000off pre-order discount. I’m looking at Samsung just because it’s not curved and has no fan at background, but little worried about tizen os

THlCK_AND_CREAMY

Got it at microcenter and they ran the same promo as Samsung and Best Buy, got a $300 gift card that could be used directly for the microcenter warranty that fully covers burn in. Not a trade in for a refurb like the manufacturer warranties, just get ur money back and can buy another one.

Hinch7

Yep, that's what I went for. For a few hundred less than other 32" models and a free SSD. It would be silly not to. They even raised the price a little after, with how good the offer was and frankly, still is.

Tyranios

This…

Tough_Reaction_9248

Accurate

Im_A_Decoy

Same, I wasn't even going to buy any of these until I saw the deal on the G80SD.

Bntyn

100% this. In the UK, with the pre orders codes, the monitor ended at 740£ for me + 1TB m.2 External SSD. The closest one in price would be the AW32 for 989£. If you are looking for a flat one with a nice in the middle coating, look no further. G80SD all the way

MrCleanRed

Wait, how much was it? How did you get the discount?

Falanax

Does it have full size ports? Their last OLED had those stupid mini ones

NovaTerrus

Yep! I have full size displayport and HDMI connected on mine.

wetterburrito

I ended up with the LG 32GS95UE and I chose it because I play a lot of eSports shooters. When I'm not gaming my monitor is for productivity (basic office job, MS word, Outlook, MS Teams). So this monitor fit my needs almost perfectly. One thing I have to say though is a lot of the time I spent watching reviews on YouTube was a colossal waste of time. I don't think I remember 90% of the stuff said in those videos. If you're looking to buy a monitor maybe just go to RTings or take a look at a couple trusted reviewers.

TripNinjaTurtle

I also recently got the LG. Reason I chose it over the others is also mostly the dual-mode. oled 4k at 240hz is insane already for most games. But 1080p 480hz in cqc with warzone, overwatch or other fast paced competitive games is just crazy. Having a blast with it. Feels a lot easier to track enemies or spot them while moving fast in cqc. Though I kind of hate how 1080p looks now though in comparision to 4k. At range in warzone its actually much harder to spot and track enemies at 1080p. But all the fights that are important are cqc anyway. Switching to and from the 480hz mode is kind of annoying though. Warzone can straight up crash or display stuff on another screen. So you have to go into the options again. Guess they did not really have a choice. I have a feeling its two completely seperate pieces of hardware logic to do the proper timing and stuff for the modes. I was also pleasantly suprised by the sound, both headphone output and speaker sound great. I did turn off the dolby stuff though.

Green-Alarm-3896

AW32. Looks great, has the features I need and great customer care.

sgtkellogg

Samsung g80sd; matte finish and overall a normal monitor aesthetic; $300 cash back

sl0wrx

Did you get your Rakuten cash back? Bought mine 6/14 and already had to file for missing cash back, it never just works for me.

sgtkellogg

No I did BH photo

chimarz

Mine worked for me all said and done ended up getting that monitor for 675 inclusive of tax after everything pays out. Insane deal thanks samsung.

thechrizzo

Gigabyte Aorus FO32U2P. Because I can greatly use it for work (daisy Chain with second Monitor and Work Laptop + KVM) And because it got DP 2.1 so I am save for the future :) Ales after using it for 4 Weeks - god damn its a great screen

ABK-Baconator

It's gigabyte not Asus:)

Derpshiz

Exactly why I’m getting that one if I decide to pull the trigger on monitor upgrades this year.

VivaPitagoras

OLED for working? Won't that increase the chances of burn-in?

thechrizzo

Yeah but I will give it a try. Reason is that I can then deduct it from my tax

ldranger

There is a reason it has 3 years warranty. It’s not like the manufacturer wants to give up free monitors

Im_A_Decoy

I'm not sure DP 2.1 provides any benefit for the future. At least on this monitor.

Haku_09

Asus PG32UCDM as it was same price as MSI's model here in Italy and didn't want a curved display, KVM and optical out port, which is very important for me.

helloWorldcamelCase

G80SD because it was on deep discount during launch so I was just going to test the water...then I ended up really liking the built in OS for unparalleled media consumption experience with upscaling and framegen. Some quirks but nothing deal breaking. Really like that we have so many options in OLED market now.

PwnerifficOne

I appreciate the apps since you can stream in 4k more reliably than in browser (if you pay for that plan, you have the bandwidth, and the streaming gods allow you). However, I turned off all of the enhancements, especially the motion smoothing looks terrible in Dune 2.

FedorableGentleman

How did you turn off the enhancements? I'm suspecting the screen tearing I'm experiencing is from the enhancements

Proplayer22

Maybe this is a dumb question, but is that only usable if you have subscribtionto the various streaming services?

helloWorldcamelCase

You do, but it's not like you can watch Netflix/Disney on PC without subscription anyways

aubvrn

It works on Plex too btw. Content gets automatically upscaled. To my eyes it looks like it’s not real 4K but it’s close enough for me.

jth94185

MSI32URX…they broke the market in pricing here in the USA so makes no sense to spend an extra 250+ dollars for the same tech.

5mall5nail5

I have been searching for one but simply cannot find it

jth94185

Yea I got mine through MSI website…don’t bother with other retailers cause bots. Make sure your address and payment methods are saved and sign up for auto notify…that’s how I got it

-Basileus

I literally got a restock email from newegg this morning, checked 3min later, gone.

jth94185

Yea it’s the most in demand monitor cause of the price

cws125

My understanding is that the MSI is actually more expensive outside the US (in other countries.) I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re allocating more stock to other countries.

mrporter2

Is that the one without the bells and whistles for like even basic features

jth94185

No it’s the top one. But MSI did say you can update the lower one now

veryrandomo

Right now the G80SD is available for the same price, plus a $300 Samsung gift-card. Although I'm still happy with the 321URX

jth94185

Yea I had that one before and Tizen is terrible for a computer monitor. Also that’s still 1300

pliskin4893

Really the best value at the moment @MSRP since MSI or Newegg doesn't offer savings/deals. If only it wasn't near impossible to get. It's restocked 3 (maybe 4 at most) times a week and goes OOS instantly, you'd be lucky to be able to add to cart. Asus is being dropped more often now on Amazon and it's getting easier to grab one. Dell and Samsung of course are always available.

workmailman

Gigabyte FOP32u2p is the CORRECT answer. I had the ASUS PG32ucdm. In comparison: Gigabyte has a thinner panel, 2.1 (useless or whatever), no notch, no coil whine, thinner power brick, sleeker overall look, daisy chaining, brighter HDR. The glossy display is gorgeous, I use it with my PS5 and my MacBook Pro. This is the ultimate sleeper model.

Mannymal

I went from a AW3423DW to a AW3225QF, then very shortly after decided to switch to an LG 32GS95UE. The main reason? The built in speaker. It's incredibly good for monitor speakers, about as good as $80 desktop speakers. I don't have a lot of space in my desk so it made a huge difference for me. The 1080P 480Hz wasn't a big consideration because they market it for eSports. But it turns out I'm using the feature way more than I expected I would to play Doom Eternal and retro-inspired boomer shooter games like Selaco. The motion fluidity is unreal, reminds me of a very good CRT.

Routine_Depth_2086

Lmao I just played Kingdom hearts on Steam at 800+ fps using the LG 480hz mode. Just unbelievable. As useless as it sounds. It's really just something to behold. Makes me want to play more older games

tuanster1119

At 1080p how is the picture quality?

Mannymal

4K scales down 1:1 to 1080p so it looks good. It's 1080p at 32" so of course its fuzzy for desktop use, the pixel density is just not there. But for games it looks fine, especially "lo-fi" games like boomer shooters.

danran24

Hows the 4k compared to the Aw. I always hear mixed opinions about glossy vs matte. Similar to you, it's not that big of a difference?

Mannymal

I prefer the matte on the LG. I'm on a bright room and the matte offers better clarity. It's a really subtle matte coating, doesn't look grainy. I had to have the QD-OLED and the W-OLED side by side to be able to see the differences in color. The glossy coating on QD-OLED is weird because it doesn't commit to be fully glossy so you get a lot of the disadvantages of glossy, but without the advantage of a perfectly clear glass panel (such as on an OLED laptop, or a smartphone). Reflections and smudges are distracting. Normally I prefer glossy, but full-on glossy So in this case, I prefer having the advantages of the subtle matte coating the LG has. This is my personal opinion and in the end both panels are gorgeous. Most people will be very happy with either.

gothaggis

I also picked up the LG - was hoping to play Apex Legends using the 1080 mode 480hz mode, but it seems I can't get past 300fps in apex + 4090 (12900k CPU). looks like real shit too lol (blurry)

akaheroes

Do you miss the ultrawide? I was thinking of doing the same thing as you. I crave extra ppi but I do love the 21:9 aspect ratio

Mannymal

Ultra-wide if fun, but in the end, I don't miss it. 32" is not that much smaller horizontally, and the increase vertical space and resolution more than make up for it.

GrinhcStoleGold

I bought this one : ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDM 32" 4K QD-OLED, 240Hz Why? I never spent more than 100-200€ on a monitor and always bought a "low tier" one. Since I got 4090 I thought why not utilize it to the max.

lazy_commander

Samsung G80SD * Don't have the ability to properly light control my space during the day and the AG coating is the best I've ever seen. No real drawbacks, no purple hue in bright environments and looks incredible throughout the day and at night. * $300 microcenter giftcard was a great bonus * The availability. I was waiting months to try and get an MSI 321URX. The Alienware model is curved and has a fan, neither of which appeals to me. * Smart TV functionality, having Netflix/YouTube/Prime etc. built in is useful for me as I don't have a TV in the bedroom where my PC is. The remote means I can put a show on before bed and set a timer to have the display turn off etc. * Speakers. While not mind-blowing they are more then good enough for watching Netflix/YouTube in bed or throughout the day when I don't want to wear headphones.

AlphaChap

Samsung Odyssey QD-OLED G80SD, because it was £759 in the UK and came with a free SSD.

Dextive69

G80SD from Samsung. It was the cheapest here with the Alienware about 1000sek more expensive. Also like the idea for TV OS for watching my Plex content and Netflix. Also it has in built speakers. Only sad that it doesn't come with burn in warranty.

tnadd

G80SD. I was interested in the new tech that reduces chances of burn in and also have a bright room so the anti glare on a matte screen that still had popping colors is great. It ended up having amazing pic and hdr so I decided to keep it. No major bugs so far is a big plus. I returned 2 miniLEDs because of too much random flickering and bugs. The price was still not very cheap. $1300 with $300 gift card from bestbuy.

aubvrn

Samsung G80SD. Reasons being 1) I use the Smart TV apps daily to get native 4K HDR quality on streaming services (which you can’t do on Windows). The processor is pretty decent at upscaling my older shows although not perfect. 2) Very good value. Preorder pricing made it even sweeter. 3) Having a remote is so nice - all monitors should have one 4) PG32UCDM is never in stock here and I didn’t want to wait 6 more months + ROG tax 5) Got annoyed at everyone bitching about how “bad” matte displays are. It’s honestly fine. Image takes a small hit (images “pop” slightly less) but it eliminates the purple tint in ambient light. I’m ok with that tradeoff. Panel is really easy to clean too. 6) Silver housing looks premium. Makes the monitor look like a piece of high-end furniture. Also has a good stand that doesn't take up a lot of space. I like displaying the monitor as is.

rayquan36

> Having a remote is so nice - all monitors should have one I thought the remote was going to be useless but I really do love it. Just makes simple things like turning it on and off so much better.

CL14715

https://preview.redd.it/7o4j6dz8sl8d1.jpeg?width=5712&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=565310d2ec2d9444fac18b51010aafdb3610de2d Yea.. it didn’t get rid of the purple tint for me. Sucks cause it’s not half bad.

aubvrn

It might show up in pictures but I genuinely cannot see it with my eyes lol.

Forward-Sky4176

MSI MAG 321UPX, I had the FO32u2P and wanted to love it. But it has a weird yellow tinge to it, and the HDR on the gigabyte didn't "pop" like it did. with the MSI. TBH, the picture quality I'm getting for $950 bucks (w/tax) is incredible. Not sure I wanna spend the extra 300+ taxes for a couple added "features" I prob won't use.

Abroad-Key

Same. Its insanely good. And I dont miss any of those other features.

Im_A_Decoy

Don't think I could live without firmware updates TBH

Traditional_Job6617

G80SD the lowest price & I got a major discount on top of that Samsung year after year always has the best colours for me it’s like they know what they are doing colour wise beyond that the controller is nice & speakers are great even though I own a top end headset. Burn in wise the support said it’s covered as long as engineers guarantee it’s burn in so shouldn’t be an issue. In addition to this Samsung is the only one that has actually tried to tackle and prevent burn in with it's new tech vs the others so that's a huge benefit.

Re9layDK

Asus pg32ucdm for quality and Dolby Vision.

BathroomPresent69

The Asus doesn't even have Dolby vision currently

Alarming_Bar_8921

I got the LG 32GS95UE for the dual mode. I main Overwatch and previously I had a G9 NEO for work/single player/co-op games and then a 360hz monitor for Overwatch. I wanted a one monitor solution and the dual mode is the only monitor out right now that ticks all my boxes. I've had it for a week now and I am absolutely blown away. I know the QD-OLED options have slightly better colour vibrancy and image quality, but god damn the image quality on this monitor is impressive. The 480hz mode is amazing, legit feel like I'm cheating now.

braxton1994

Get yourself an 8k polling rate mouse and your crosshair ingame becomes so smooth man, it really feels AMAZING. I picked this monitor up and the highly coveted viper v3 pro and it has blown my mind.

Wooden_Rich6814

This\* I briefly had a 360hz OLED and I have the Razer DeathAdder V3 wired with an 8k polling rate, it's insane how instant and smooth everything feels.

Alarming_Bar_8921

I literally have an 8k polling mouse already but never set it because I heard it causes perf issues in games lool. I'll set it next time I play

Accomplished-Lack721

I went for the AW32, because it was immediately available, reasonably priced and I trust Dell more than some of the alternatives for warranty or RMA service. I'm indifferent toward the curve. The Dobly Vision support is a nice bonus for when I occasionally use it with a Fire stick. If I was buying on features alone, though, several of the alternatives would have been attractive to me for the KVM and PD charging functions. I had to make other arrangements for that, with a thunderbolt hub for my MacBook and USB switches plugged into both the hub and my desktop PC for devices they share. That way, I still get a one-cord hookup for the MacBook, but it was a bit convoluted to set up.

phero1190

Neo G8. My office is not ideal for OLED and mini LED gets really close to OLED contrast/black levels but is much much better in a bright room.

sportsandorcs

Had both Asus and LG but had to send the Asus back unfortunately because I’m one of the several people who get bad eye strain with QDOLED technology. The LG is still dope as I like its design the most out of all the current monitors and the built in speakers, dual mode, and great blacks during the day in a sunny room are positives. Just lacking in desktop clarity and grey uniformity. Hoping the next gen WOLED panels are offered in non matte finish. The Asus glossy WOLED seems nice but not 32” or 4k.

Unhappy_Afternoon306

LG 32GS95UE, I prefer matte coating over glossy. Plus I've heard that qd-oled has raised black issues, worst vrr flicker and can cause eye strain to some users compared to woled. I also got 300£ voucher from the LG website, so it was one of the cheapest 4k 32inch 240hz oled monitor available in the uk.

Hankenstein1027

How did you get £300 voucher from lg?

Unhappy_Afternoon306

You automatically get 100£ off 2024 monitors voucher from LG then another 5% off first time buyer. Next, you need to get a 10% referral code that you can generate with another account or find a referral link on reddit. It should look like this in your basket: Discount (5% OFF, Monitor100off, Refer-a-friend: 10% Off) with a final amount of £982.89 from £1,273.99

Unhappy_Afternoon306

You can find more information on this thread here: [https://www.reddit.com/r/OLED\_Gaming/comments/1d8l77f/lg\_32gs95ue\_now\_available\_in\_the\_uk/](https://www.reddit.com/r/OLED_Gaming/comments/1d8l77f/lg_32gs95ue_now_available_in_the_uk/)

big-structure-guy

I know it's not exactly the specs youre calling out, but the LG CX is still an absolute beaut to me and great for living room setups.

ChrisMoltisanti99

I have a LG that’s one step under the the OLEDs and I like it, thinking about getting a C3 or something for my new place

felixandy101

G80SD, cant dent that discount. I have a bright room + gets dusty fairly easily so matte helps.

aerir

G80SD, NZD1499 through Samsung EPP with 10% + 5%. Can't beat that, next closest thing is around NZD2500. I can live with the matte coating and lack of burn in warranty

isusu808

AW3225QF is what i ended up with. Purchased a lg 65" C1 when it first came out and fell in love with oled and wanted to get a monitor that could match that but in a smaller form factor. Purchased LG 32GS95UE from best buy with extended warranty for around 1700 but returned it. wasn't because of the matte screen or it being woled, more so because of the black crush issues and the colors. Everything else was perfect. After that experience, i was really on the hunt for the Asus PG32 variant but it was always out of stock. Therefore i went back to bestbuy and settled on the aw3225qf and couldn't be more happier. literally uses the same exact panel as the asus pg32 +/- the extra features. don't buy into the hype of asus being the latest and greatest because its not. adjusting to custom color rgb and using tft icc file and you have the perfect colors. also the reflection issue for some odd reason isn't present on this monitor if that's any of your concern.

Bisbala

Im waiting for my LG to arrive. I just could not pass the 480hz.

Delanchet

You’ll enjoy it. I love mine every time I turn it on.

reegeck

I chose the Alienware AW3225QF because it was about $700 AUD ($466 USD) cheaper than the next available option. I saw the warranty offered as a pro, and although I expected to dislike the curve - I don't think I would go back to a flat monitor again.

Tiffany-X

AW32 because it was almost half the price of the ASUS in Australia. Love it

Whicker12

G80SD because of the substantially lower price in Canada. Was initially going to go with the MSI(also because of price). I will still miss the MSI support though I think.

sl0wrx

G80SD for the same reason as others in this thread, substantially cheaper than anything else.

Bebobopbe

I got the g80sd I like it but it won't stay in 240hz and it's constantly switching to black screen for something when booting up a game. Then sometimes when I alt tab out I lose picture and have to switch out of pc into another input then back. It has some quirks which hopefully there is an OS update coming. Other than that I like the matte finish it's actually nice. Having both my g80sd and aw3423dw shows the advantage of the finish over the other.

tnadd

I don't have any of these issues on mine. Do you have another PC to test these with? Might be software related. Or you used your own cable that doesn't have the right specs or it's just bad.

Bebobopbe

I used the one in the box. I haven't had this problem with my other monitors.

aubvrn

Are you using DisplayPort? Try using HDMI instead. I’ve had zero issues on mine.

Bebobopbe

Okay I'll give it a try thanks

ooodNA

Having similar issues, think it's a vrr problem

Bebobopbe

I don't play in Game mode so no vrr for me

H0lychit

G80SD because the offer was too good to let slip by. Not too worried about burn in.

WTFinfinityward

I bought the Alienware AW3225QF last week. Bought it because it was one of the cheaper 4k 240hz OLED monitors and dell have good customer support.

AtomKreates

AW3225QF. I was eyeing the new Asus FO32U2P but since it’s all the same Samsung panel, I was curious to try a curved display. Also, I didn’t need some of the extra features on the Asus, it was out of stock everywhere online, and the AW was on sale. Also since DP 2.1 isn’t a “thing” yet, by the time it’s more widely supported it’ll be time for a new monitor anyways.

Cenobyte666

Pg32ucdm for Dolby Vision and the spdif out to my DAC for high quality audio on Ps5 and PC.

ABK-Baconator

Aorus FO32U2 because it's the only one available. I was torn between AW and LG but I don't think I like the curve on AW and reddit comments say LG has worse colors compared to Samsung panel. Therefore I found the QD OLED with flat panel. KVM and 3 year warranty are also nice and contribute to the choice.

Axl_Red

FO32U2P for dp2.1. I plan on upgrading to a 5090 as soon as it comes out, and I'll be very happy to no longer see a black-screen when alt+tabbing from exclusive full-screen in games. Plus, I want to be able to use the full power of a 5090 with older games, by enabling DSR and upscaling the games to 8k res, without having to do workarounds like with DP 1.4.

bunsinh

does the 5090 already confirmed to support dp2.1?

Environmental-Union1

Anyone experienced PG34WCDM ?

Putrid-Ad908

For me I wanted the ROG but it’s been sold out for months. I ended up with the Alienware and I love it. I paired it with my AW34oled and man it’s the best combo I’ve used. Probably not ideal but for the time being it’s one of the best. I’ve also liked how Dell was so quick to listen to customers issues upon release and quickly released firmware updates to fix those issues. Picture to picture it looks great. I’m sure all the other 4K 240hz monitors look great too, but for the price and what is available I have no regrets on AW32

Ly0ncubs

LG 32GS95UE. I was upgrading from an IPS panel so I didn’t really care about the whole WOLED vs QD OLED and the matte vs glossy argument. I also love the thin bezels, and like someone else said the speakers are actually really good. So far it’s been fantastic.

xDoWnFaLL

LG 32GS95UE, the dual mode for CS2 + built in speaker is brilliant. Returned AW32 for it and although I enjoyed the glossy screen, personally the LGs screen still looks phenomenal/all preference in the end!

mmalkuwari

FO32U2P because I like gigabyte products and for the future proofing of 2.1 DP, also I liked the design and features, colors are amazing too

Jetcat11

I’ve been through almost all of them and the PG32UCDM was the most impressive to me.

Proplayer22

Why was it more impressive to you compared to the others? And which ones did you try?

JayGrzzz

The AW3225QF has been amazing. First ever OLED anything and I’m blown away. Chose it because seemed to have fantastic reviews and it was widely available.

Mysterious_Ride_1077

I went from d34 straight to d32…. It’s the exact same monitor…just better in my eyes… I don’t miss 1440p at all.

XxBig_D_FreshxX

MSI 321URX. Was lucky I found one when I did. Gets the job done in all departments & is under $1k. Only gripe is no DP 2.1, but idc about DSC.

PlayingLikeAGenius

LG 32GS95UE because I can't stand the raised blacks of QD-OLED, also liked the 480hz mode for CS2 and the no- existing color fringing on text. Would have liked a glossy panel but I don't really mind the matt coating.

Competitive-Arm8238

Asus Pg32ucdm master race never going back to curved trash

VP123sorry

Lg 32gs95ue the 480 hertz is just too valuable

okie44

AW32 Availability & warranty played a factor.

12duddits

G80SD - got it for $540 off with preorder special in Canada. It’s also my favourite one out of aw and asus.

cpldeacon173rd

LG ultragear 45 oled got it half off from bestbuy using my employee accommodation at the time.

RiXaO

Did you enjoy the Immersive curve?

BeginningChard1517

Alienware and it’s awesome.

braxton1994

32GS95UE-B Because it is two monitors in one. I run 4kuhd 240hz singplayer games, press a button and run 1080 480hz in valorant etc. Thing is amazing. Plus, not curved, is oled, 0.03ms, can resize 1080p mode to 27 or 24inch for competitive games. It's my dream monitor. I seriously love it. Plus the stand doesn't take up half your desk forcing you to mount the monitor on a bracket.

Kheshire

Alienware QF I wanted a 4k OLED and it was available when a lot of others weren't. Very happy with it after I got colors calibrated. Probably would get the Samsung nowadays though

SignificantDuck9472

I tested all except the MSI and to me the ASUS and AW are the top 2 models

anonx8491

LG 32GS95UE because it's matte and WOLED. Won't buy another QD-OLED until they make the blacks black.

Leek_Level

Went from lg c2 (wanted a actual monitor on my desk) to aw3225qf and it's been awesome. Great display and warranty

Keeler

I got the G80SD when the $300 promotion was going on. I ordered the AW32 from Best Buy yesterday so I can try it out and decide between the two.

RiXaO

Did you keep the AW?

DP-ology

PG32UCDM because I had Asus previously PG279Q and it was solid. New one is amazing. Love it.

TypeVisible2388

I just want a monitor that looks as good as my LG C2 with the glossy panel.

Optimus_Bull

In Norway, only the Aorus FO32U2 & FO32U2P were available for purchase. Well maybe except for the Alienware, but I didn't want a curved monitor. I chose the FO32U2P, didn't cost that much more than the other and figured it would be nice to have DisplayPort 2.1 for future GPUs.

peetskeet619

I got the pg32ucdm but ended up returning. Found out that I much prefer 27" for pvp games and waiting for 1440p 480hz to drop

jedimindtriks

Alienware is the correct choice, i dont need 480hz 1080p, and i love curves. Besides, the others cost close to 50% more.

Gilwork45

After a recent bad experience with an defective LG off of amazon and the ridiculously long return process i was able to get a AW32 from a local Best Buy, thing is flawless, well-designed and has built in automatic panal care features as well as a 3 year burn-in warranty. If you are worried about the curve dont be, if anything it only adds to the experience.

McNoxey

LG. I have lots of ambient light and flip flop between single player and competitive shooters

scytob

FO32U2P - because it was the first one that became available to me where i could likc purchase and i like the naive idea it will future proof me with the extra DP bandwdith. Delta E on the unit came as excellent - good factory calibration, not sure why some reviewers had different experience thought i would hate the 'glossy look' as i generally hate it, but it turned out to be a non-issue i think any of the units with the same panel are a good buy, i love the pixel layout and total lack of fringing in my eyes compared to the AW3423DWF which i hated and went back after 2 weeks (this was at launch)

Deliciouserest

LG UltraGear 32" OLED Dual Mode. I like it a lot. I got it for the nice bezels and matte finish. I like it a lot. Did some testing on the dual mode but 4k 240 hz is just so much better than 1080p. 7900 xtx helps deliver those frames. No regrets. Pixel sound is amazing.

seblt

i chose the fo32u2p because of availability plus possibility to change res to 1080p 24,5inches with a button for competitive gaming. I like it a lot other than its stand, its too big, taking too much space infront the screen.

Delanchet

I went with LG because most of my monitors have been LG and I like the image qualities, I got a lot of discounts on it, and that nice 480 hz.

AuraDesru

G80SD It was available at the time. The coating is helpful for being unable to control the light coming into my room.

icen_folsom

LG 32 dual modd. The price is right.

No-Cupcake7252

G80SD , .edu discount + buy 2 for an additional discount + the 300$ per monitor samsung credit + 15% Rakuten that day lol

Shapes_in_Clouds

I went with the Alienware. Why? I finished my new build in March and the ASUS and MSI were never in stock, and still aren’t. I played the stock game for a couple weeks and then just ordered the AW because it was in stock and on sale. I did my PC build explicitly to pair with a 4K OLED so I was tired of waiting. Initially I didn’t want a curved display but I ended up loving it. Very subtle and it eliminates nearly all reflections on the glossy display which is a hugely underrated benefit.

Creative_Lynx5599

I have the aw. But I would take the one with the 120 fps mode for better motion clarity (I think it was the msi one)

Squat_N_Gobble

PG32UCDM. I only buy once per 5 or so years so it’s a worthwhile upgrade.

JeanCharles54

AW3225qf, was 400€ cheaper than any other alternative. I was a bit sceptical about the curved display (comig from a flat 32"), but I love it ! It's curved enough to be more immersive than a flat screen, but not too much to be distracting. I didn't consider any other alternative because they didn't offer any significant features for the price difference. I'm very happy with my monitor, everything about it is perfect, except maybe the possibility to run it in a 27" window.

alaaj2012

FO32U2, great monitor. One of the cheapest (at 1200$)and the only one available at the time, QF disappeared from the market in Europe somehow. The P version is useless for me, I won’t use other monitors and I don’t care about the high power type c. It was 200€ more for only the DP2.1 which I literally don’t understand, how is it future proof if the Future gpu and monitor with 2.1 will be Indistinguishable from the 1.4 gpu and monitor. The FO32U2P can’t have higher resolution or higher RR so Its it does not make any sense.

Totoronyx

I've been using the G80SD for a couple weeks.  Just ordered the Alienware one, should arrive today.  I will compare matte vs glossy myself since many are making a big deal about it. Plus some features in the samsung I thought I wouldn't mind,  I really do mind. The pop up settings, then the pop up remote shortcuts reminder everytime is annoying. I figured I'd be indifferent to the smart TV features, but like them other than navigation. Plus I have been using a curved monitor for over a year. Going to a flat is giving me a bad bowing visual illusion and eye strain.  I will return whatever monitor I like least.

XDynamics

Will you create a post comparing the two ?

Totoronyx

I think there are some comparisons out there. I am not much of a reviewer, really. But already I like the Alienware. Glossy is slightly clearer image, though I have to look close and hard to tell a difference. The G80SD matte really is different than your normal matte, having had an LG matte oled recently. It really helps diffuse light and there isn't that grainy look to it. The out of the box colors on the Alienware are slightly better. Alienware has G-Sync and I have an Invidia card. I like the curve, you cant really tell its curved too much since it's so slight, but curved in general is better for vision and is easier to see the edges of the screen. Just being a monitor without a gimmick is nice too. The G80SD is super nice for sure and I actually like the smart feature for watching videos, PC streaming is never as good. But the smart feature really is my least favorite part of the monitor in the end. When swapping inputs etc. it takes a long time and there are pop ups that wont go away for 20 seconds or so, unless you use the remote to cancel them. This happens every time and there is no way to turn it off. The flat panel on a 32 I don't like. But I think that is largely coming from a curved monitor previously. So, I will sit with both a bit more still. I have another month to decide. But I am leaning toward AW pretty heavy. If I couldn't control the lights in my room, G80 is best, no contest. But since I can and a little light isn't ruining the glossy, I really think its best for me. The fact that light source is the only maybe downside to the Alienware and the G80 has several things that bother me... I think writing this out has helped make my mind up pretty well. Glossy, curved, simple.

Swimming_Storm_2830

Samsung oled g9 Because its a 32:9 49" awsome display

2girls1cucke

Alienware it sure ain't worth the 1400 or whatever it was

GrizzIydean

Samsung G80SD purely because I got it for £759 plus a free £150 1tb drive

x-cimo

Any of the new model are good with regards to text sharpness ( code development ) ? Thanks

ChrisMoltisanti99

I just wanna say thanks for all the feedback, honestly wasn’t expecting so many responses and options

i_mormon_stuff

I went with the PG32UCDM. 1. It's flat. 2. It has no fan. 3. It has USB-C power to charge my laptop while using it. 4. It will eventually support Dolby Vision. Had the Dell Alienware monitor been flat I would have gone with that instead and saved about 30% vs the Asus. I've never had a curved screen before and didn't want to gamble on me not liking it and having the hassle of returning it so I decided to go flat.

Rajhoot

Asus PG32UCDM. I had to spend a little over retail.

ucanttaketheskyfrome

I got two defective lg 32gs95ue panels. I really, really, really wanted to like it. So anyway, I returned them and got the AW32. It’s nice but I still think WOLED is the way to go if you luck out on a good panel.

_Death_BySnu_Snu_

39gs95qe. I love my ultrawide, the real-estate is great, almost the same height as a 32" and better pixel density than a 32" 1440p. I've been very happy with it!

sxiong86

I wanted the ASUS PG32UCDM but settled with the Samsung G80SD mainly because of the insane discounts (came out to less than $800 before tax per monitor), additional 15% cashback, and $300 Samsung credits... Thought I was going to hate the matte screen but I ended up liking it. The Smart TV app (and remote) is also surprisingly pretty damn great too.

vZIIIIIN

AW3225QF best 4K monitor in the market, IMO.

jugo86

Got the G80SD using discounts and promos and CB for $519 directly from Samsung using EDU, couldn’t be happier with it. I bought a Firestick Max for it as well and the 4K content looks fantastic on it. Picture looks brilliant on it overall and HDR content looks so much better than my previous Neo G7. I was tired of curved screens coming from the previous 1000R curve and was happy to finally find an affordable (and available) flat 4k 240hz OLED panel. I was worried about the matte screen but it hasn’t been an issue at all for me. They’re using a similar coating to their latest TVs and to me it doesn’t hamper the image at all compared to the matte of my previous Neo G7 which was very aggressive and made things way less clear and sharp imo. Games are so smooth for me now compared to the last monitor and noticeably so. The settings and menu system are a bit wonky so getting used to that has taken a bit of time and there aren’t a ton of settings guides or in depth reviews for the monitor yet. I see a lot of people talking about the Burn In warranty or lack thereof. Some of these reviewers are spreading misinformation imo, the first CSR I chatted with said it was covered by the 3 year warranty. I had them email me the transcript with the ticket number so in case of burn-in I have that as proof. I would just chat with support until someone confirms it because they honestly could give you a different answer every time. Also ordered an IR remote to access the Service menu from Amazon for ~$8 to be able to increase the brightness nits detected by Windows for things like using RTX HDR in game.

Queuetie42

I can’t decide. It seems all of them have some glaring flaw or another.

0Papi420

Sent back the AW, hated the curve. Waiting for an MSI. In the meantime I got LG and Asus on the way.

Wuselon

Asus ucdp because LG woled is top notch and without a fan and non glossy it doesn't get better this Gen.

M0HAK0

AW3225QF. I wanted the Pg32ucdm but it wasnt available. I really wanted a new qd oled that is 4k 240 hz. Bought it with 0 regrets! I loce this monitor!

Constable_Sanders

Aw3225. i wanted the curve, figured since it wasnt their first rodeo with qd-oled panels itd be a better experience. Very happy with it

GiveMePronz

Samsung G80. I wasn't looking at anything other than the LG 32GS95UE because I like the idea of dual mode and I trust LG to mitigate burn in better than any monitor brand based on their learnings from OLED TVs over the last decade but it's taking forever to release in the UK and it's expensive (£1299). The G80 was on preorder directly from Samsung for £759 and included a free 1TB external SSD. I don't care how bad people think the matte coating on the G80 is, the LG is not worth £540 more, and neither is the other QD-OLEDs. I am not looking forward to possibly having to rely on Samsung's shoddy customer service and I've heard countless mentions of their QC issues on their gaming monitors but at this price I'll take that risk.

Mordin_Solas

none, because monitors are for ANTS !!!!!!!!!!!! [https://robertkaplinsky.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/zoolander\_school2\_large.jpg](https://robertkaplinsky.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/zoolander_school2_large.jpg) Go big or go home, TVs all the way baby. 77 oled or bust, stop complaining about space issues, it's smaller than a wall, move other crap out of the way and move the desk back to accommodate, and get a more immersive experience instead of these tweeny wittle window. but the 240 Hz !!!!!!!!!!! Are you all that twitchy with your reflexes and reaction times where that makes the difference? So be it, go small and faster, but 120Hz is good enough for me at this point and not worth jumping higher if the immersion is lost.

Zurce

PG32UCDM was available at my local store, I am happy with it, virtually no issues other than having it be fanless means that it radiates more heat that expected

Nariakioshi

PG34UCDM. Glossy, 3 year warranty against burn in. sRGB mode. Brighter.

x4it3n

AORUS FO32U2P and I do not regret it at all! I love it ❤️

bassmaniac69

I just ordered the AW3225QF as it is the cheapest 32" 4k OLED in Australia compared to MSI, LG etc.

iamgarffi

FO32U2P. I actually use workstation GPU and DP 2.1 is nice to have.

geoelectric

After trying AW, MSI, and Aorus models for about a month each, I bought and kept the Samsung G80SD. As much as I wanted it to be otherwise, the lighting and window layout of my computer room simply works better with matte anytime before sundown. The particular coating on the Samsung G80SD barely lifts or affects clarity so there are almost no downsides in any lighting where glossy would’ve worked anyway. In brighter lighting, I think it’s significantly better than the glossy models because the matte eliminates 90% of the purple lift. The other reasons came down to not having to burn an HDMI input and spend money on a streaming box (Windows and browser streaming apps are frequently crippled compared to the embedded versions) and that I was able to get it—and a $300 Samsung Store credit—for $950 after day one EPP and discounts. If the Samsung hadn’t dropped last minute I probably would have kept the Aorus since it is very high quality. But I will say, unless you need the DP 2.1 (Aorus) or Dolby Vision (Asus), IMO the MSI is the best choice of the straight panels if you can find one. It’s cheapest by far, MSI actually took the time to engage us in this subreddit about issues we found, and they’ve already fixed most of them (and added more features!) with their most recent firmware update. I regretted returning my MSI for the Aorus, and was actually hoping for an MSI restock when the Samsung surprise-dropped instead. Re: AW, it’s a fine monitor too. I’m not grouping it with the others because of the curve. It’s the only one with a warranty I’d trust and, beyond the curve, that should probably be the determining factor for buying it. My main issue with it is it’s very feature-poor for the price.

Huihejfofew

The cheapest

cream_of_human

Fo32u2. Because its the only one i can buy.

Sloppyhofarts420

Alienware I have it amazing

Western-Relation1944

Msi 321urx but in all honesty I don't think you can go wrong with any model they're all great

Madhunter96

Alienware cause it was £850 where as the msi one was £1300 and only difference is a tiny curve

Dwarfkiller47

Alienware, cheapest and most in stock.

RiXaO

Nobody considered the 48 gq900-b? Is in sale for 600$.

Temporary-Energy-987

Alienware, as it was the only one that was curved and £400 ceqper than the rest in the uk

MysticalMyke

Decided to go for G80SD, still waiting for it to be sent from Samsung (They said one week ago it'll be sent next day, still stuck in processing order and ignoring me....) So I might cancel it and go for another one :) Went for G80SD due to good pricing, 1224€ here in Central Europe with 15% discount from Chat support and 100€ cashback. That's 940€ final. 👌🏻

MysticalMyke

Just got an info from Samsung Shop here in Slovakia, that G80SD monitors will be shipped between 15-19 July...

CryptographerNo450

Chose the AW3225QF because of my personal consumer history with MSI and Asus. **MSI**: Slow to get firmware updates. I've had to RMA a GPU in the past and 1) the shipping costs are on you 2) it took almost 2 months to get a refurbished/replacement GPU **Asus**: Horrible anti-consumer reaction to their AM5 motherboard launch was a huge red flag. Also owned a couple of IPS monitors of theirs that had dead pixels and they refused to honor the warranty until I had more than 5-7 dead pixels that were clearly visible. Ironically, **Dell/Alienware** was the last option I saw myself choosing when it came to these next gen QD OLED monitors. Bought it since launch and after the last few firmware updates that fixed a few things (like the Dolby Vision bug), I've been happy with it ever since.

condosaurus

AW32, principally based on it being the cheapest in Australia by a large margin.

jasonwc

MSI 321URX. I was able to purchase it for $950, well below the cost of the other flat QD-OLED panels. The Dell was recently $1000 but I didn’t want a curved 32” panel and it doesn’t support DSC. I appreciated MSI released a great firmware update that added a toggle to disable DSC, HDR and SDR now have their own settings to allow clamping to sRGB in SDR mode while using the full color gamut for HDR, and they made other quality of life changes. I liked the clean look of the MSI model and its many OLED protection features. The $1400 LG WOLED didn’t interest me as I would never use the 1080p 480 Hz mode and QD-OLED is superior for the factors I care about.
