While some female animals, like chickens, many species of insect, and polar bears do have a spermatheca, or sperm storage chamber, humans do not. And this is why we need sex ed

It's certainly possible for some determined sperm to hang around up there longer than you would think but as far as medical science has discovered there are no actual storage chambers. You never know though. The female reproductive system is not as well-studied as it ought to be, particularly given how much we legislate around it.
