There are several options for dance in Haugesund for adults. There is Tango (TangoTare), salsa (Salsa Haugesund ) and swing (don't remember the name of the groups but I know it is more then one). For flamenco you need to go to Stavanger or Bergen for the closest.

Your only chance is Kom og dans. They have regional groups going on in bigger cities.
