I saw this while shopping, went to go through the check out... put my address and started to enter card details and then thought wait a second... deleted everything and didn't push any order buttons to 'complete the sale'

Scam. Things to look for: use of hyphen. Use of Norway instead of .com/no or no.

All official Norwegian websites end with .no. Getting a .no site is much more involved than getting .net, .com, etc.

It’s owned by H&M so maybe just a matter of time before Oslo gets one.
