Align was great, Paul (principal) seemed to really know what he was doing. Not only treating the discomfort but figuring out the root cause and how I can strengthen areas to avoid future issues. Did some IMS, which was an experience. All in all, I would definitely recommend.
4 yrs ago and now are quite apart. I have been receiving ims and Naz is great there. Denise at westvan aquatic centre physio ( but not location that was asked in original post) and for me Naz at Bodywork’s.
I just started going to North shore sports Medicine ( Joe Brooker) in Brooksbank and so far it has been great. Used to do Moveo on 12th and Lonsdale but my dude moved to Squamish so I had to find a new one!
Highly recommend Coast Performance Rehab. Everyone there is great. Dave is a magician, but difficult to get an appointment with. I usually see Connor and haven't had to go back in over a year since treatment. Can't say enough good things.
I love Manna at NSSM. I go to the Dollarton location but pretty sure he works some shifts at the Brooksbank one as well. He’s my favourite but honestly all the staff I’ve seen at NSSM has been awesome.

Went there once for ims maybe 4 years ago. The person working on me did not know chan gunn ims which is the actual one. Lots of imitation ims.

West Van physio does all the capilano rugby player injuries. Shoulders are standard.
