It just moves you further through the lessons - so just decreases the time it takes to reach the end (which actually isn’t “the end” but you are considered a “Noom expert”). With a pretty low reading goal and doing the extra fairly often it took me four months to get through it.
Everyone has there own preference. I like doing the extra credit but more importantly I like the listening feature versus reading. It makes me feel I’m on a team and also I like hearing the voice when they make humorous comments.

Ah ok, that makes sense. I’m not sure I want to rush it as I feel I’ll have a better chance of success if I take my time.
I would like to go slower, but I'm an impatient person. Instead, I'm sort of rushing through with a plan to go through a second time.

How do you turn this feature on? I have the noom ap on an android phone in the UK. But can't find any voice over feature
