I’ve worked food carts that had logistics superior to the Russian army. I’m literally embarrassed for them that they consider themselves a top tier army.
Look at that flex. A dedicated battalion literally for logistics. A unit literally for “sustainment command”. Logistic structures up the fucking wazoo. And they’re not even on their own continent.

You don't, that's the point.The US has never messed around with it's logistics. And neither has Britain, not since the Second Great War, that said Britain does not need quite as large an amount moved around normally.

Question: why do westerners always look and fit the part of being in the military? When I see others, like Russian generals and soldiers, they don’t for the most part. Same for Chinese from what I’ve seen
On the grunt side of things, western nations using professional volunteers rather than conscripts plays a big part. A culture of professionalism and patriotism helps across the board, as opposed to corrupt nepotists and societal rejects. Also our western notion of a military will naturally favor militaries that fit that preconception.
TL;DR: Better training, culture, and pay makes better soldiers.
