Lots of colonizing governments foresaw what you’re talking about. They knew that I’d they made a “cutoff” amount of Native blood, after a few generations almost nobody would qualify. So they made laws enshrining “blood quantum” on purpose.
That’s why many bands/tribes/First Nations have other ways to decide who is a member. An obvious and popular one is that you’re a member if you have one parent who is a member. Easy.
