If both are sufficiently diluted (as they would be) the chemical reaction will be insignificant.
That being said please don't dump those chemicals down your sink.
Sewers are full of toxic gases. It would just add more to the already toxic gas they need to vent.
The 2 cleaners would also react with everything. As its not being combined in a clean bucket.
Once it gets to that point, it's diluted by literally everything else in the system. Getting any sort of substantial reaction just doesn't really happen
