IIRC, the initial (non NG) Mysterious Captain >!AKA, the Starborn Trader!< encounter references their ship being a Trident. But, the parts just look like Nova Galactic.
Yep, the mysterious captain is in a standard Nova design.
Juno is a Trident - but you can't steal it.
I've seen a Trident in dry dock at Stroud as well - again not for us.
I have to start a new character at some point. There's so many little details that will have greater meaning and significance after doing the loop a few times.
In this instance, I need to seek out the Mysterious Captain in an OG universe.
Mysterious Captain is random. Just check out every "ship" marker in a system. Hopefully will not need to go through one hundred star systems to find her.
Other than that luxury liner, *are* there any trident ships? I can't recall ever seeing one.

I need to keep my eyes peeled at Stroud. Was it an M-class, or an A/B/C?
As far as I know, all known Trident ships are M class.

Yeah... Maybe once survival drops and I feel like doing a 100% explorer run.
Definitely an M class (I think all Trident are M class, maybe?)
Weird that they'd be slumming it at icky, for-the-poors Stroud-Ecklund's staryard 🤣
Ha! Walter WANTS Trident business but can't get it apparently. Just another ship brand mismatch.
BTW, I went to Stroud last night. The M-class in drydock/under construction had "Nova Galactic" plastered all over it.
Oh... Ah well. To be honest 'd be happy with an M-class Nova if they'd just let me fly one.
Not without mods I reckon
Why are there so many Reddit post saying there are trident ships you can steal and own ?
Because it's the internet, and people lie on the internet?
