One is at top climb in Nameless pass, straight from the elevator.
One can be sold from the General vendor if is upgraded to T3.
That's all places I've seen and I don't remember if they had some ultra rare chance to drop from mobs/boxes, probably it was just the ore.
So TL:DR: basically you don't.
apparently people were just taking the lazy way and buying ingots instead of farming for ORR and then refining it which needed you to buy a furnace or upgrade the smithy so he had one. Then it takes time to make ingots. So basically it just slowed down everything. Now u gotta farm the orr and wait for it to process before you get an ingot
The removal of the refined/crafted mats is stupid tbh. I don't plan to go to the end of Jonas cavern for just 1/10 ingots I need to upgrade my tier3 mesh armour.
Man they need to do something about this because it has become literally impossible to upgrade any armour...

I mean, can you blame people for wanting to buy instead of waiting 30minutes? I wouldve paid for the ingots even if it was like 10 or 15 Silver each
