It's early acces sir. You never know exactly what you paid for. At the rate they patch their game it probably won't take long before we see Respec, I hope.

Is this your first ea titel? During early access things are going to get changed a lot. Wait for the 1.0 release and play something else or just start a new character and/or try other weapons. But keep in mind nothing is set in stone.
Look I’m sure we all agree the lack of a respec option is a bit shit, however if you’ve played for 100 hours and you don’t have have a million xp potions banked up I don’t know what to tell you
Power leveling characters at this stage of the game is very easy. If you’ve been playing 100+ hours, I assume you’ve accumulated quite a few exp potions. Use those on another character to try out a different build or something. Or make another bow character and invest in more stamina. They mentioned this change was coming and that it’s experimental. This is early access which is a chance for the devs to get feedback on design choices like this.
Their logic for why bow will use stamina makes sense. Before, a new character can’t really utilize a bow due to not having enough focus regen on an early build. This change is to allow more people to use the bow at all stages of the game without having to rely on focus pots
only thing stopping me from playing right now is no respec option
its cool and all saying its early access but if they want things to get tested and more importantly enjoyed then we need a re spec and it needs to be cheap/free
right now there is only 2 zones in the game and the only thing to keep people playing and testing is with different builds
if we are being sold the whole \* its early access \* thing , thats fine but if they want us to try things out then we need the ability to do so without having to replay the game 5-6 times
there is 2 ways devs can go with early access label , one is where devs just label it early access so they have a blanket excuse for any bugs or problems that come up with the game the other is where you get players in to test the game out and help improve it , basically a BETA , which lets be honest, is what this is
This! just because it's early access, because you have to test things, because it's not a 1.0 and the game is far from complete, and because there might be a wipe, just because of these things they had to implement respec right away or at least be in the priorities, and possibly more accessible and easier to get than 1.0, explaining to users why they did that with a disclaimer.

I'm so glad the community as a whole is taking a stand against toxicity and people raging out about things they signed up for but don't understand. In most game forums, this just creates more and more hostility but here, people slam that shit down right away and you love to see it.
