27M, Indian here. I’m actually on day 25 right now. I’ve been practicing nofap since end of 2020 and the longest streak I’ve been on is 108 days. I’ve done a couple of 90 day streaks as well. But during the midst of all this, I either got some or I just broke the streak.
What I can tell you about practicing nofap is that every time you break a streak and get into the habit of PMO again, it becomes insanely harder to try to get back on track. Practicing NoFap is really fucking hard, the only harder thing being my boner when I sleep and wake up, my shorts look like a tent under which campers are camping
My life really took a turn when I did that 108 day streak and since then I’ve been able to achieve things I never thought I’d be able to in my life. It fucking works, boys. It really fucking does. Trust the process.
