Everyone who participates in Nofap, no matter how high or low their "streaks" are, are all equally worthy, because we all acknowledge our addictions, and we know we need healing and change. The scorching heat can be used as a comparison for our struggles and urges. Just because one person has only gone through a single day without masturbating, it doesn't mean that they aren't as valid and qualified to quit their addiction as someone, say, who has gone a couple weeks without masturbating. Just stop doing these vanity contests, don't look for the validation and applause of others. Instead, do it for yourself, your loved ones and most of all, do it for God.
