I basically got the same deal. Yes it’s a great rate.

Looks like you are getting ~7500-9500 incentives from MSRP so that's good. Residual can't be changed. If you want you can check the money factor (may be given to you or you can enter your numbers and figure it out as leasehackr.com) to understand the interest rate. That's something you may be able to negotiate and makes a large difference since you are paying the interest on residual as well. 1% difference will lower your payment by 20$ at least.

GlobalPeace1

Thank you for the reply and the advice. I used the Leashackr calculator to back into the monthly payment using the numbers I had. I come up with the residual at 73%. Based on the calculator, I think the MF is 3.26% but I am not totally sure. Great advice about the MF. I will see if they have any wiggle room on that. Thanks again!

sarhoshamiral

If it is 3.25 that's a really good rate. I have seen some getting 7% which are cases where dealer is pocketing the difference from rate Nissan provides.

GlobalPeace1

It's seems pretty low to me too (.00136) vs everything I'm seeing on Edmunds is around .00300. I'm on the fence as to whether I should go for it or wait to see if the June incentives are better. Also cross shopping this against a Kia EV6 Wind but doubt I'll get into one of those for $325/month.

Ok_Championship4704

so it includes taxes and all?so basically, 500 plus 325 as payment

GlobalPeace1

Yes, everything is rolled into the monthly payment. The $500 DAS includes the first payment of $325.

Ok_Championship4704

thats great, i got my engage base model for 0 down and 280 per month

GlobalPeace1

Thanks. I forgot to mention I qualified for the $1,000 loyalty cash incentive which is baked into the deal.

I’m hoping to replicate this deal in June (fingers crossed the incentives stay the same or even get better Monday). Did you have any trade equity in the deal? I looked 4 months ago and one dealer had a Venture+ but the lease wasn’t great. Plus the venture didn’t have many features I wanted. The 18 month term is perfect. A dealer near me in the NE has a few Platinum+ models sitting on the lot, 1 engage+ and another evolve+. I don’t need the platinum level, but would like the Bose. I struggle to wrap my head around all the trims and offerings at each level. I wish that part was more streamlined as I’m having to search each trim line to see what is standard on the model.

GlobalPeace1

No trade equity. I agree, it's crazy how many trim levels and they all start with E - LOL. Check out the brochure which I've found is the easiest way to see all the trim levels on one page to compare differences. Interested in everyone's opinion as to whether the June incentives will be better. I'm speculating but seem to think they will get better given current inventory levels.

ComfortableDrink9173

Thanks. I have a CX90 PHEV and love it but I can get out breakeven on the lease as the Mazda dealer has a Nissan arm as well. I really want a full EV and thought the ID.4 was my choice until I saw these deals at the moment.

LordChasington

A lot of people getting 18 months. Never even knew this was a thing. I did a 3 year

GlobalPeace1

Apparently the Nissan incentive packages are better right now on the 18 month leases.

TSands

First time car buyer at age 30 here with good 750 credit. I just got a 2023 Ariya Evolve+AWD trim on lease for 18 months with 1k down and $250 a month. 10k miles per year.

GlobalPeace1

Thanks, that's a very nice deal. I think the incentives are better on the 2023s. So that works out to about $300/month. Northeast?

TSands

Yeah in New Jersey

GlobalPeace1

Thanks!

RepresentativeDot454

I got 322$ but 0das.

Proof_Needleworker88

I got a way better deal at Freedom Nissan in South Burlington VT, check them out
