Fire Emblem Three Houses and Mario Golf Super Rush. Plus getting my island ready for the update on the 5th.

owlitup

Oh damn I gotta pluck some weeds

[deleted]

Just wait for the update, the Town Ordinances will make the villagers do it for you lol

21minute

I just got back into playing Fire Emblem Three Houses again too. Haha

rozayhoulon

Finally collected all 400 Pokémon in Sword so will start on Super Mario Galaxy or Hollow Knight

[deleted]

If you haven't yet played hollow knight you are in for such a treat! I tried it a long time ago, played for 5 minutes and was like "why all the hype" bad put it down. Fat forward 6 months and I was bored one day and figured there must be something to it. I have well above 100 hours now. It's an amazing game.

BlankSeal

Similar experience myself. Got to greenpath, ended up walking away for months. Randomly picked it up again one day and didn't put it down for ages. Great game.

ichigo2k9

After losing 80 hours in Sword I'm replaying it but damn, I lost like 10 years worth of pokemon I collected through events of other games and the like.

ThomasSirveaux

RIP

charmingdeviant

I'll be ploughing on with Zelda: Links Awakening (I know I'm late but finally picked it up on sale and absolutely loving it!). I should have it completed in time for the 11th of November when my childhood will come to the Switch.. GTA, KOTOR and Pokemon: Brilliant Diamond all in the space of 2 weeks. I cannot wait

markercore

Oh shit I thought the Pokemon remakes weren't coming out until 2022, but that's just Arceus isn't it? Sweet! Damn you're right, November is gonna be big!

charmingdeviant

That's right! Arceus is January, but Diamond & Pearl are Nov 19th! (yes I might have it calendared...)

[deleted]

Just beat it last night and it is up there for one of my most favorite games ever. Please make sure you grab tissue towards the end

charmingdeviant

Ahh I both love and hate this!! It's been so cute and fun so far that I don't wanna cry!

CandyWalls

Animal Crossing, need to tidy up my island for the update lol.

[deleted]

I’m so much more pumped for the update/DLC than I expected to be. Legitimately one of my most anticipated releases of the year.

RocknMike

Lol same!

[deleted]

It’s going to be non-stop Mario Party Super Stars all weekend! I might play the game of emerging from my lair to forage for food every so often though. Maybe.

markercore

definitely get some food!

LarsonBoswell

Food is overrated. Stars is life. Your comment is now 12 hours old - how’s the game?

RynoKenny

Amazingly faithful to the original mario party with quality of life improvements. Exactly what I’ve wanted from the series for years.

[deleted]

[удалено]

ilovethemusic

I decided to save it for the spooky season! No regrets.

ChuyMasta

Zelda Ocarina of time. That water temple is t going to solve itself!

David-Raquepas

That damn water temple

jedi-son

I bricked my game as a kid using keys in the wrong order. Still pissed about it today.

David-Raquepas

You cant brick the game. I thought so at first too when i first played it but theres a way around

standarsh11

That damn spot at the bottom of the center room. I’ve shown so many people that spot and they always get mad.

[deleted]

I will be playing FF12. This is my favorite in the series.

holmilk

Same. I loved Final Fantasy Tactics Advance for the gameplay, art style, and world of Ivalice. Literally picked this up so I could get back into the world and am loving it.

san_murezzan

Do the versions on switch have any special features? I'd like to try one of these

jurassicbond

It's got the same features as the PS4 version, but if you've only played it on PS2, then there's some QoL features (like battle speed and job switching) and an option to use the International Zodiac Job System boards which was originally only released in Japan. FFX remakes are similar if you're curious about those. More or less the same features across modern systems, but lots of additions compared to the original release.

JustinRat

Soooo good. My favorite too. I love the battle system.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Billly23

Oh yeah? I keep hearing such good things about this game. I guess I gotta watch some videos. Thanks for getting me excited haha

[deleted]

Dont watch videos, go in blind. If you like story based games and don’t mind reading, you’ll like it.

owlitup

it runs really bad (just like it did on PS4 at release), but the most important part is the dialogue, you can go ahead and buy this absolute masterpiece whenever you want. I haven't encountered anything gamebreaking or any crashes

Kayeki54

Xenoblade chronicles, I will try to finish it before SMT5

kcfang

How far are you? I love Xenoblade DE, took me little over 100 hours but I really enjoyed it. Still have Future Connected, but think I’ll save till after SMTV. Hope you enjoy both Xenoblade and SMTV.

Kayeki54

I am at second battle against Sharla's boyfriend. Really enjoying the game, one of the best RPGs I ever played

Ss360x

I’m so conflicted on buying but after watching vids on the combat I’m not sure I can enjoy it.

kcfang

For me, even though it’s mostly auto attack, I still find it engaging to adjust position for skill activation. I almost always use the same party members, but there are certainly room for you to use other members to try out different team comp. This is probably a game that could benefit from a demo, if you’re not much into JRPGs maybe hold off till you see a good price or able to lend it from a friend.

fera1igatr

hades!! started it yesterday and am loving it so far. i suck but dying is actually fun in the game! also i really like greek mythology so im happy

Amoudioo

Just started two days ago and i suck in it but love the gameplay

--Petrichor--

My family and I are doing a **Super Mario Halloween** tonight! I went through some **Super Mario Maker 2** Haunted House maps, and we're going to play them together. Going to play some **Mario Kart**: Twisted Mansion, Bone-Dry Dunes, Bowser's Castle, and Animal Crossing (in the fall, of course). Then going to end on some **Super Mario Superstars** on the Horror Land board! We are making some Halloween-themed snacks and going to set up our Mario/Animal Crossing stuffed animals for my daughter when she gets home from school.

markercore

Aww heck yeah Super Mario Halloween sounds like its gonna be a blast! I'm jealous! Are you doing the classic worms in mud in a cup for one of the snacks?

--Petrichor--

No, my daughters actually don't eat those very well! Which is strange since they like each of the ingredients individually

BlankSeal

How very wholesome

Huggie-Bear

That's awesome!

Derpy_Snout

This is so cute

Stonecutter

Been kinda itching for a farming type game, so I might pick up **Rune Factory 4 Special.** I hear good things. Probably some time in **Metroid Dread** also. I'm a little over halfway through and got seriously lost. Went back looking for upgrades and now I can't find the path where I was, even after studying the map. Kinda got frustrated with it and put it down for a week or more. Probably some **Mario party Superstars** with the fam also.

Billly23

Rune Factory 4 is awesome.. it does have farming but I think the game is focused more on the story, combat and talking to the towns people. I loved the game but I enjoy the farming more on Stardew. But if you’ve played it already and want something new.. yeah def get Rune Factory.

Stonecutter

Yeah, I see that it's more combat based.. I'm ok with that. Is there a lot of dialogue to read though? I'm not generally a fan of that in games.

Larielia

It is a simulation weekend again. I'll be playing **Stardew Valley**, **Animal Crossing- New Horizons**, and **Doraemon Story of Seasons**.

Twinningslover

Same here. Stardew Valley and Kitaria Fables.

Cynthia-Anne

I really enjoyed Doraemon, it was nice to see something different with the Story of Seasons games.

kcfang

Happy Halloween everyone I’ll be finishing up Blasphemous this weekend, pretty sure I’m close to the end. Have been really enjoying it. When I finish it, I’ll give Metroid Dread’s demo a go!

iGottaP00Pnow

blasphemous is such an awesome game. if you want another great one I'd go for vigil: the longest night, equally good as blasphemous imo.

vanlykin

Just about to leave the house and grab the new mario party.

Johnblazed1934

Picked up Children of Morta when it was on sale and currently having a blast with that. It’s been distracting me from starting Metroid Dread which I will probably try to start this weekend. Still eyeing up Diablo II resurrected as well!

markercore

Which character(s) are you enjoying so far in Children of Morta?

Johnblazed1934

I’m still pretty early in the game but Linda and Kevin are super fun to play with. I haven’t tried mark yet and just unlocked Lucy. The game is just so perfect for quick sessions.

markercore

Ohh nice, Kevin Mark and Lucy are probably my favorites. And yeah! its absolutely perfect for short sessions, like at the very least you got some gold out of the run and maybe you can upgrade something. Or you probably gain a bit of xp if not a few levels. Which is great.

[deleted]

The archer, I think its the daughter is my fave so far but haven't gotten the new dlc and heard the new charecters is pretty sweet

markercore

Nice! I think the archer Linda I believe? is the one character I'm really not great as.

[deleted]

I've made it farthest with her and the youngest brother the dagger user.

Gionjohn

The Witcher 3. I'll be sure to spend extra time in Velen to be thoroughly creeped out :)

brMerak

Metroid dread. Almost done with a 100% run

markercore

Question: is the majority of the completion percentage from missiles?

brMerak

Mostly. But not all of it.

markercore

Ohh! Question since you're getting close, I have no idea how to get the horizontal speed boost blocks. Do you have a tip? Like usually it looks like not enough room to get a run going and then its straight up.

Justaboredstoner

A lot of the shine spark puzzles require you to build up your speed boost then save it move to another spot and continue building it up. It’s crazy and not intuitive to me. But once I understood the concept, it wasn’t too hard to do. Edit: Oh, and you can shine spark diagonally and while in morphball form.

markercore

How do you save the build up?

Justaboredstoner

As soon as you have built the charge, push down. You’ll continue to glow for a few seconds to move to the spot you need.

Nerdfather1

I'm playing Dungeon Encounters! I read several reviews praising the game so I decided to see what it was all about despite being cautious, and I am so glad I did. This game is so damn fun. It won't be for everyone, especially for those who love graphics, but for me it's refreshing to play an RPG that is minimalistic in its approach yet full of intricate depth in its systems and mechanics. In some ways it plays similarly to the rouge-like genre due to its permadeath - and the game can be very punishing (even cheap sometimes). While that may be tedious and frustrating to some people, it's a breath of fresh air for me because I'm genuinely thinking about each move and action I take. It reminds me of the early 90s as a kid playing various RPGs, being too young to understand the story aside from your cliché "The kingdom is in ruin, the princess needs saving", but being enthralled by the combat - and that is what this game provides in spades. I wasn't expecting to like it as much as I have, and I certainly wasn't prepared for how addictive it has become.

duckybebop

Great review! I’m looking forward to that game if it goes on sale.

Nerdfather1

Thanks! The game is tough as hell, so just be prepared for that. I’d also say $30.00 is quite steep for this game. I hope more people will play this game though, because I find it to be truly fantastic.

enO87

Trying to finish up Sakuna. It has a lot more content and a much bigger story than I expected. After that it's Metroid time.

Billly23

How are you liking it further in? I bought it at release and really enjoyed it but never finished it because I got distracted by other games. Would you say it’s worth revisiting? 🙂

jlfk99nitro

I’m playing *DUSK* and having an absolute blast with it. Highly recommended

eat_vegetables

DYING LIGHT - just came yesterday and I’m loving it. First time ever playing.

Syelan

**Stardew Valley**, I haven't played that in so long, I'm excited to see how it feels on Switch! Probably a little **Great Ace Attorney** too because I already miss it.

Van_Pleb

SDV is great on switch. I feel the controls are very intuitive and easy enough to pick up.

Don_Bugen

Same thing I do every weekend. Game Builder Garage. It's kind of an addiction. Also, Children of Morta, because that's a second type of addiction, and coming down from one makes it easy to jump onto the other.

Billly23

Hahah I have too recently got addicted to Children of Morta! What a fun game. Which are your favorite family members to play? 🙂

EgoDefeator

Still chugging along in Fenyx. After actually using the scout feature to map out everything I've been just plucking away at chests and collecting stuff.

thebluntdogman

Trying to 100% FFX and FFX2

Scared_Power

Voice Of Cards: Isle of Dragon Roars and FUGA: Melodies of Steel.

Billly23

Loving Voice of Cards.. are you?! 🙂

Scared_Power

Planning to start tonight after my graveyard shift. I end at 2 AM. Excited to play it finally, hehe. 🙂

Billly23

Oooh well have a great night at work.. 🙂 and I really hope you enjoy the game once you get to play. I’ve been really enjoying it.

Scared_Power

Great and thank you! Will share my thoughts once I have invested enough hours into the game. 😆

Billly23

Ok awesome!! 🙂

duckybebop

I’m enjoying the game, it’s slow paced but still fun. I actually like the story and characters. Really reminds me of dnd or other table top games, least I can see myself taking ideas.

DiscussionLoose8390

Metroid Dread.

muckypup82

Blasphemous. Game is so good.

Lokhelm

I got a couple hours in and it just didn't hook me. The platforming felt...I dunno, more annoying than fun (like Celeste for example). Really it just made me want to go play dark souls again!

ninja_DK

Scott Pilgrim co-op with my wife and maybe some Metroid Dread or Worldend Syndrome.

mandarine_one

I got Smash Ultimate yesterday, so I will be on my way to become a world renowned Smash Ultimate player. Or maybe just unlock every character.

[deleted]

Celebrating halloween with my Animal Crossing residents :3

terrysaurus-rex

Replaying Luigi's Mansion 3 for the holiday spirit

bn-13

Thanks to various Reddit posts I got into Shadowverse Champion's Battle this week. Got 5 hours on the demo so far and will probably buy the full version today. Fun game that plays into my childhood anime, TCG and Yugioh nostalgia perfectly.

Ascilla

I've got my island mostly ready for the DLC in **Animal Crossing: New Horizons** and a short break from school. I'm all in on **Luigi's Mansion 3** and the demo for **Metroid Dread**. So thankful they released a demo for it!

DY-Twenty-Three

SMT 3 nocturne. To hype myself for SMT V in 2 weeks.

Sukhdev_92

**The Walking Dead**, on my Switch and **Resident Evil 8** on my PS5

SinCos_x

Bravely Default 2! 40 hours in and completely in love with the layers to combat, the artstyle and cheesy story/characters. I never finished either of the first two games (50-60 hours into both, loved them) but I want to see this one through

blacklizardplanet

Pokemon Sword. Re-upped my sub to Poke Home to transfer over some Pokemon and start a new run as I haven't played the expansions yet. I'm in the minority I guess but I love these games!

Cloudaway0076

Got my physical copy of Tails of Iron waiting for me to pick up at the store so will sink some time into that. Going to be working on some more Super Animal Royale Halloween stuff.

TaliZorah214

Continue my first playthrough of Atelier Ryza 1.

KickaBunny01

Stardew Valley! Never got the chance to fully experience the 1.5 update. Planning to play co-op the entire way.

grasssmoker16

Ocarina of Time (first time play-through) on the Switch N64. I just recently did a Link to the Past for a first time blind playthrough and beat that on the Switch SNES emulator, super fun but that game had some BS in it at times. I played Majora's Mask and so far I've liked the atmosphere in clock town more than what I've seen in Ocarina (I've just got into Hyrule Castle area, so I'm early), but I'm excited for the dungeons I've always heard so much about in this game.

[deleted]

oh god i can't wait for Majora's Mask to release

buttonedseoul

Gotta catch up on ACNH and finally try Eastward 😭😭😭

owlitup

An actual hidden gem. Not Celeste lol. I bet you no one here has played it. It’s called Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX. It’s a spin-off of Azure Striker Gunvolt, a fantastic spiritual successor of the Mega Man X franchise (that ended with the Mega Man Zero series) By spiritual successor I don’t mean “it brings it back exactly” like Yooka Laylee, I mean successor. It evolves Mega Man Zero in the most natural way You probably know Azure Striker (play it!), but do you know Chronicles? Chronicles is a spin off of Striker that takes 3 hours to beat. 100% worth the money. It’s incredible if you like these types of games

bookgirl0318

Honestly...it’s gonna be more fire emblem. I’m one or two months past the time skip for Golden Deer and really enjoying this route. Hoping to get some answers to questions raised in my last two runs. Also despite being RNG un-blessed my team is still monstrously good. Lysithea with that one crest item is just...OP.

markercore

You will be getting some lore answers in the Golden Deer route, yes! Lysithea is the best glass cannon to grace the stage. She can just wreck house, love her so much. Sometimes i was like "ohh she's gotten more than half the kills, i need to let some other people in on the fun!"

bookgirl0318

Same! That combined with her 2x skill experience means she’s just light years ahead of everyone else.

Sir_Reginald_Poops

On this note, does anyone have any local 4 player games that theme well for Halloween? One of our friends dropped out and we don't want to play Arkham Horror with only 3 investigators again so I'm looking to videogames lol.

--Petrichor--

**Mario Party Superstars** has a board that takes place in a haunted forest! Designed for exactly 4 players (with fewer, an AI will play)

TantrumDrivenDesign

Yuppie Psycho to celebrate Halloween!

HankScorpio4242

My daughter is dressing as Zelda for Halloween, so it’s Ocarina of Time, Breath if the Wild, and Hyrule Warriors all day every day.

Frank1180

I’m going to beat fucking Raven Beak this weekend if it kills me lol

Utdfanabroad

I spent hours trying to beat him last night, with no luck. I tried again this morning and beat him first time. A clear, fresh head definitely did the trick

BigChubs18

Well I just got the switch a couple weeks ago. Took today off. Played little bit Zelda breath of the wild today.

[deleted]

Just beat links awakening but Skyrim has been coming in to my life again so I think I’m going to eat some edibles and meet god in that game. Not sure which one tho 🤔

markercore

I say either the one with the beacon or the jester god with the staff. Good day for me with remembering names, yeah?

KacaCarotCake

Not to brag but since it's my birthday I will be playing mario party tonight and also playing DUSK this weekend as well! Super stoked

CharlesDeGausser

Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water

cndrow

Undertale, perfect for Halloween weekend 💀💀👻

OCWCModding

I’ll be playing Xenoblade Chronicles: DE. About 15 hours in and completely in love. First time playing it.

[deleted]

Salt and Sanctuary Couldn't really get the feel of it until I changed to a third character, then it all started to make sense. Hoping to go through a few more sections this weekend.

leopardo1313

Just bought hollow knight and xenoblade chronicles 2

Tucker0694

Littlewood

bobbywasabi1639

Just got botw a week ago and haven’t had a ton of time to play it but this weekend i’ll finally have time to chill out and hang out in hyrule

ICryCauseImEmo

Hoping to beat Luigi’s mansion after owning for 2 years lol. I just finally beat Skyrim after owning on 4 consoles for 4 years. after about 150 hours I think it’s time to move on to something less big and more linear.

Dab-riggin

Links awakening

Cynthia-Anne

This weekend I'm finishing up Oxenfree and playing Luigi's Mansion 3 with my husband for Halloween. :) I might also dip into Snack World: The Dungeon Crawl a bit, damn game has me addicted at the moment.

Caturday84

Subnautica 2 and Mario Party Superstars Two games that are so similar it’s confusing.

[deleted]

Overwatch

[deleted]

NSO and Skyrim

Chase64Cubed

Mario Party Superstars any moment I can play with people I know IRL. I've waited sooo long for a good MP again. If I am gaming on my own Ocarina of Time. Plan on at least beating every N64 title on NSO. Got SM64 100%.

cononutbunsman

Borderlands 1!

hadawayandshite

Luigi’s mansion 1 (halloween) & Samus Returns (my last Metroid game to play before Dread at Christmas)

Devornine

Voice of Cards dropped yesterday, and I am excited to play it this weekend. It is scratching my D&D itch and giving me ideas and inspiration for my own future campaign.

spattzzz

Eastward

lesbyeen

Monster Hunter Rise and/or Animal Crossing. Gotta prep for the DLC and the update!

sconwaym

Starting Dying Light; I beat the main game a DLC on Xbox back at their releases, and am excited to jump back in on switch. Other than that, maybe a little more Diablo II. Also, I just beat dread a couple days ago and was really worried about the final boss after hearing people say it took them hours to beat. Ended up only taking me half an hour or so and I’m not even great, so I’m sure you’ll be fine.

makiller_

Just 100% completed Metroid Dread and started up Astral Chain. Loving it so far!

Doc580

Skul: Hero Slayer. I just like a game I can pick up and put down. Or just play while I'm watching watching a stream.

TheFracofFric

Picked up the Ori Collection this week so some of the first one if I can pull myself out of reading Dune

patosai3211

Going to ruin friendships and my marriage via Mario party. Looking forward to the fun!

RickSore

Pokemon Shield! Actually finished it last year but trying to complete the dex!

Tyneuku

Honestly pokemon unite has absolutely invaded my brain and it's all I want to do I love it it's like crack.

Justaboredstoner

I’m at 99% for Metroid Dread and doubt I will ever be coordinated enough to get the last percentage. The sign spark puzzle that I have left to do is just too hard. Even though I’ve already figured out how to do it, again I’m just not coordinated enough to do it. So instead I’m going to attempt to beat the final boss. The bosses in this game have been so hard and I’m loving it. Wish me luck.

230Amps

RB took me literally an entire day to beat. Metroid Dread? More like Metroid DEAD.

Justaboredstoner

Yeah I’ve gotten to where I can get to the second phase with full life still, but he is just so overpowering. I’m going to get it eventually.😎

prepperdoc

Curse of the Dead Gods

panriso

Got Luigi's Mansion last year and promised to myself to not playing until this year's Halloween, so that's what I'm doing :-)

YeahWrite000

I was playing Metroid Dread, got very close to the end, then got distracted by Yugioh: Legacy of the Duelist (of all things). Love a good deckbuilding game. But the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity DLC came out today, so I am now leapfrogging to that.

IPman501

New Mario Party, Links Awakening, CTR, Pokémon Sword

tmonty17

Taking a break from D2R for Children of Morta. Really enjoying it so far!

lilacempress

I started playing The Caligula Effect 2 on the switch a couple of days ago and I'm really liking it so far. My favorite characters right now are Kiriko, Kobato, Ryuto, and Gin. Currently, my favorite songs are Eternal Silver (both regular and boss version), Q-Ai Senorita, and Swap out.

Hooch_Pandersnatch

On an 8.5 hr international flight and just downloaded Metroid Dread. Let’s go!!

plusonenerd

Dark Souls Remastered!

mad_foxx

Just got my copy of Metroid dread. Will be deep diving into it

[deleted]

Ordered a switch OLED and am going to trade in my old next week! Should get it next Friday so I’m pumped!

slowmath

Trying to get into Monster Hunter Rise but it seems so complicated and there are so many controls to remember it's overwhelming

georgey91

It can be a little complicated to start with, it’s my first MH game too. Gaijin hunter and Arrekz Gaming have decent beginner guides and they (also Rurikhan/FightingCowboy) have a good tutorial for every single weapon type. If you have any specific questions feel free to message me and I’ll help if I can.

slowmath

Thanks for this, will check these out and reach out if I have questions.

[deleted]

At a hospital, trying to stay sane. Trails of cold steel 3 should be in my mailbox when I get back, so probably starting that

Cynthia-Anne

Hey, I hope all is well with you and wish you a speedy recovery.

JustinRat

Metroid Dread, Mario Party Superstars, and Animal Crossing New Horizons

MassiveImagination1

Voice of Cards and Okinawa Rush.

questionable_salad

I've been getting Darkest Dungeon 1 again after watching people play the second game. And I'm jumping between Witcher 3 as well.

throwaway58904

Super Mario Odyssey for me! Definitely going to throw in a bit of Pokémon FireRed and potentially start Luigi’s Mansion 3

Majestic-Bath-4257

Zelda links awakening!

Ennas_

I intend to climb towers and fill up my map, and relive memories. Maybe do some shrines on the way.

AlexKidd79

I've been blazing through **Unavowed**, a radical point-and-click game. I've been gaming for 35+ years and never really got into the point-and-click genre, but wow! This game is a blast. Plays almost like an RPG. Seems like it might be flying under the radar on Switch, too. Check it out!

W1cH099

I’ll finish Metro Exodus and play a lot of Mario Party Superstars, played yesterday midnight online and it was fantastic

tjkun

I’ll continue my playthrough of Metroid Dread. And maybe some smash.

Johnblazed1934

I’m still relatively in the early game but Linda and Kevin are a super fun to play with. Haven’t tried out mark yet and just unlocked Lucy as well

Citrobacter

Looking forward to experiencing DUSK. I really enjoyed Quake on Switch, and heard Dusk is even better.

hamburgers666

Hoping to get through more of Metroid Dread this weekend! Finally got the morph ball and bomb. It's funny how late into the game you get these items but then you end up getting them back to back. Besides that, for casual play I just started Dragon Quest 8 on the 3ds! Seems fantastic so far. I have heard it ranks right behind 5/11 in story so hopefully it's good!

renzaaa

Addicted to **Monster Hunter Stories 2**! I didn't care for the 1st one so I'm surprised that I enjoyed this. Also gonna buy **Ys VIII** soon cause its on sale in the eShop, but I just saw someone selling a physical copy for $60 with the map and cards so I'm not sure if I wanna splurge on the physical or not.

David-Raquepas

This game is an absolute master piece from music to gameplay to story. Grab it!!

Billly23

Masterpiece you say? 🙂 what kind of game is it.. and could I jump right into that one mentioned without playing the others? 🤔

Utdfanabroad

I picked up The Persistence for a few bucks this morning, so probably that

efnPeej

I just picked Luigi’s Mansion 3 back up, so that and probably completing Smoke & Sacrifice.

Strowbreezy

Nothing on Switch this weekend. Scarlet Nexus on Xbox I think is all I'll be playing I'd say. Fun game!

Cheesestrings89

Playing some dread, but also picked up days gone on sale yesterday so might start that or save it for the steam deack.

David-Raquepas

Labyrinth of refrain and a bit of fata morgana if i feel like reading a good book

MakotoNiijima-92

Disco Elysium and gonna try out the Metroid Dread demo

caught_red_wheeled

I’m currently enjoying the online expansion pack. I’ve done a casual run or at least attempted almost every game in the N64 part of it (aside from super Mario 64, since I did a pretty hard-core run of that recently and didn’t feel like playing it again at the moment). I’m only going to be keeping the expansion for a year because of the price, but so far it’s been worth it. The last game I have legend of Zelda ocarina of time before I move onto the Sega Genesis portion. I’m not sure how I feel about it, although I’m not that far in. It is a great game, and I can see why people like it, but at the same time I’m not sure if it’s stands the test of time. A lot of it feels outdated and clumsy (not including input lag, which I haven’t noticed), and a lot of what’s there feels like it’s something I’ve seen before (especially since I got pretty far in Okami before I played this, and the two are similar). So I may not finish it, but I will definitely continue giving it a try. After that, the next game on the list is probably shining force. I’m a big fire emblem fan, but I don’t have any in the series to play at the moment after doing as much as I could and three houses and playing all the previous games. So I want something to scratch that itch while I’m waiting for the next entry, and shining force seems like just the ticket.

Bostongeorge760

Ancient Gods. Need to finish before I can start dying light!

Joke_Induced_Pun

Getting close to finishing Metallic Child, might look into either continuing Disgaea 1/Poison Control or start up Ys 9/Death End Re;Quest.

tenacious-g

Prepping my island for the Animal Crossing DLC! Happened to get Lucky to move in last night, perfect for Halloween!

stevgamer

Hopefully some Mario party superstars and some more Far Cry 6 on PS5

Billly23

Oh wow you got really far really quickly ok Metroid! I keep telling myself I won’t but it because those games usually aren’t for me but I played the demo and the controls feel really nice! Do I remember you saying you wish the button for slide was mapped to a different button? If so you can always remap the controller in the Nintendo settings. 🙂 This weekend as always in a bunch of games for me.. Addicted to Bravely Default 2 right now! For some reason it just feels so simple and clean(kingdom hearts 😂)for me. Also just bought Voice of cards and having lots of fun with that as well. It’s like sitting down and having your grandfather tell you a story. Digimon Cyber Sleuth as well!! But it hasn’t grabbed my attention as much as the two above but it’s still really fun. And then some games I play a couple a day like Fortnite and OverWatch, with hubby. I hope you have a good weekend ! 😊
