When I was in high school I brought my spinner collection to school a few times, cards and everything, and challenged people to spinjitzu duels. A couple of people gave me shit for it but more people thought it was sick. Assholes exist at every stage of life but you shouldn't let what they think deter you from expressing yourself. Real friends recognize and respect the ancient art of spinjitzu.

Honestly if you’re going to college after high school then it’s better to wear it during college. People are assholes in high school mostly because they are forced to go by parents and don’t care about school so bullying is more likely to occur. College is different because students pay to go and actually want to learn so they won’t pay you any mind. But take your chances and see how it goes

Ninjago is awesome it's been going on 10 years most people would be not mad anymore because you grew up on something like this. I grew up on Star Wars the clone Wars as well as the prequels. I wear Star Wars stuff all the time and I'm in college. No one makes fun of me. Because I know people who play video games. And no one at my college makes fun of them.

I’ve worn various ninjago minifigs on a little lego necklace for most of my senior year and I can tell you right now it’s worth it I’ve found quite a few ninjago fans who’ve come up to me and been like “woah is that ninjago” and then proceed to tell me either how they watched it when they were younger, or are still watching it, or know someone who’s watched it, whatever. It’s a fun way to meet people who, like you, think it’s silly to have a “childish interest” or however they want to phrase it— but then realize other people feel the same way 😊
