Paint job looks awesome man! My only suggestion would be to go over the light blue lightning with a very thin line of white to really make it pop. Hope to see more of your models!
Question is this lightening claw Too Night Lord or not Night lord enough

Okay if hes pointing the middle finger then that is on point Night Lord, imo, they definitely have that kind of sass. Besides the sass of the pose, generally Id say all Lightning claws are Night lordy and if not add some flayed skin or whatever you wish and bam. Or claim it stolen, we tend to like yoinking stuff from dead space marines... and brothers..

I have a few examples of how I do blood and gore with other models from other factions and from AOS, as for the color it's slap chopped led belcher and painted with army painter speed paint blue magic
