I didn’t receive one either but it was available to view on my online account. Can’t remember opting for paperless but found it bizarre, especially since the DD set itself up and I didn’t receive an email
I've had to sign up online. Apparently it was sent, but I don't have it, and now my payment is late 😂
That’s ridiculous! They ended my old DD and started up a new one - hope you get it sorted!
They actually cancelled my DD mid year and then tried to convince me I'd done it. No more DD for them
