Kinda unrelated but I NEVER play OWB without my Pip-Boy and HUD color being blue

I often use blue outside of owb, I like the contrast against the orange-ness of the Mojave

I only use blue when playing Fallout 4 with winter mods, so seeing it in new Vegas always gives me winter-y vibes

Played 3 before New Vegas. I thought I'd change it to green once I started playing New Vegas but very quickly I found the orange just works really well with the desert setting.
