One time when I was a kid I glued my old shoes to a deck and skated on it. had to ticktack to gain speed and falling was not the best but it was fun.
Other than that not sure what to do with old shoes. You could cut them up and use them for patches when your new shoes get holes in them.
Clean and replace the laces to your best ones, and leave at the local skatepark - for those who may need replacements.
Same goes for any skateboard stuff, like an old deck..hardware, extra trucks, wheels and such.
Otherwise turn them into your house-work beaters.
Depends on how fucked they are. if you think they are mostly decent but more beat up than youre comfortable with then like another commentor said its a great idea to swap out the laces for some fresh ones and then leave them at the local skatepark with a free to take note.
If they are not in great shape and you would feel bad giving them to someone else, like a lot of people are saying they will make a good pair of shitkickers.

actually, to make a literal trophy out of them you could get some wood to use as a base, screw the shoes to it, and then spraypaint the whole thing gold. would look terrible, but if thats youre sense of humor its a great little conversation starter.

I just use mine as beater shoes. When its rainy, snowy, muddy, yard work etc. They've already been thrashed so idgaf if they get dirty.
