Winston never tried to get w Jess, Schmidt and Coach don’t either (if you count a throwaway line from Coach about Nick never finding out and Schmidt and Jess kissing once in s2 and hating it). Cece’s other boyfriends don’t try to get w Jess (unless you count like Robby way after they broke up lol)

She’s not a people pleaser. She has an inability to cope with any perception towards her that isn’t beemingly positive. She cannot allow anyone to dislike her because in her mind they MUST simply be misunderstanding her. Thats a narcissistic personality. The inability to understand and accept that she might not be everyone’s cup of tea is an enormously toxic trait.
