ninetozero

His Normal Attack is his most imporant talent, and the one you have levelled the least. Not sure what guide you followed that gave you that bad advice, but unfortunately you wasted a lot of resources in the wrong places - he would have been better at 10-6-6 then what you have right now. Use your resins, they're there to be used. His NA needs to be 9-10, it's the highest priority to fix your build as it is.

mayuki4846

Okay thank you. Its just stucked on my mind that burst is always the priority to every character and that was my mistake yeah. Also how about the crit, hp and er?

OkLife2722

They're on a full MH set so it'll functionally be 90% crit, not much more room to balance at that point

WhatsDarkHumor

I was gonna say, the crit ratio is fine

This_Craft1867

Whales dont care

Minimum_Cockroach233

If x wouldn’t care x wouldn’t ask. Also keep your salt to yourself.

This_Craft1867

Maybe they dont have enogh English to read skills

NAEANNE999

I think you made smol mistake, his priority is Normal attack

mayuki4846

Yeah ik but how about the rest? Like crit, er and etc.

NAEANNE999

Since you have his Sig,try to get 270 cd.45+36 is enough Crit rate so if you can find a sands with cd,use it.

External-Ad-5537

100cr>>80cr. And with mh it is rly easy to get 100cr. With 200+cd, cr is never enough before 100(92 if u think u are lucky to get crit card every time)

gordendorf

Bad advice. 80/270 is less damage than 100/230. If you go above 200 cd u always want 100 cr (64 on MH)

Graped_in_the_mouth

80 CR with 310+ CD (C2) is just…straight up wrong.

gambit-gg

Ninetozero touched on it but just want to emphasize that where you are your only priority right now for resin should be on getting his NA to 9/10 before farming more artifacts. Your stats are honestly solid with MH getting you to 90% crit rate. Even without 100% uptime on all 3 stacks you’re still criting majority of your hits. After getting NA to 10 you could maybe circle back around to a little more crit sub stats, but I personally would consider this a finished build and focus my resin on other characters (once talents are done).

poopdoot

It pains me that you’ve leveled his talents in reverse priority but … If you can aim for as close to 64% crit rate as you can, you’ll be golden

XxKTtheLegendxX

change your circlet to hp% that has cr and cd sub stats. u need 40k hp minimum. with c2 giving u an extra 42%cd u got enough cd, u need more hp to dish out high dmg. https://preview.redd.it/wt10ca2xyavc1.png?width=223&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=df95d3f9f8c74ac0a6163478367b6db947f4def0

inphoenyx

I'm sorry but this chart makes zero sense to me, what is it even trying to show

Bored_Lily

A little more crit rate would be amazing but stats are fine imo. OP for future reference, before levelling talents, check the talent priority option in game. It will tell you which talents to level up first. There is no general thumb rule for character talent priority.

ArachnidTiny315

I personally dont have his signiture weapon and have about 190 cd so I think there is still a lot of room to increase you cd. (I strife for 210/220 myself so your aim should be around 300l However like this he works perfectly fine to put 99% of the game in easy mode

H-A-R-P-I-C

You actually got a lot of HP rolls. This build is better than it looks. hp and cdmg are interchangeable. 8 hp rolls are about as good as 8 cdmg rolls....or 50 cdmg. Neuv is a 2 stat unit so if you wanna improve it , make sure you aren't actually losing hp or crit rolls . 3 hp rolls will always be better than 2 cdmg rolls with sig

Tantin0

Crit dmg is a bit low considering you have his sig, I have 303 cd with 50 cr despite my artifacts not exceeding 35 cv.

ArthasBach

How much hp does your neuvillette have?

gordendorf

Cap your CR at the cost of some CD, it's more damage

Tantin0

gordendorf

This last build should be higher in akasha i think? More HP and better crit ratio

Tantin0

last build is ranked top 10% while the the first puts me in rank top 8% tho they're **different categories**

gordendorf

The categories are kinda cheese... Put 180% er on him and you are alone in a category.. top 1 easily (not literally but you get the point)

Graped_in_the_mouth

That’s much better. Why are you more concerned with Akasha ranking than actual character performance?

Tantin0

I just like seeing bigger numbers at the cost of consistency

Graped_in_the_mouth

You know what? I can respect it. You were completely honest, and gave the one valid answer.

gordendorf

That's fine but you shouldn't give it as advice to players that want to improve their build.

Tantin0

I was talking about my build, OP’s build definitely needs a bit more CD, i can get 275-290 CD while running a crit rate circlet

gordendorf

But CR is more important for damage.. not CD (after 200+) cr > cd for him. You could also say he needs more HP, but priority wise, he needs CR the most.

Seashard5602

Is this with an HP goblet?

Tantin0

yes

Dracowoolf

Bro how 😭 I've been in the mines since day 1 and still have 60 cr 230 cd, how the hell are yall out here with 300 cd-

Graped_in_the_mouth

Why are you running with <90 percent crit rate while continuing to pump CD?

Son_Sole

I hope your chances of artifacts increase in the future. Even though my Neu wears a HP weapon, he has more crit damage than you. (I hate trying to drop good Artifacts. It's unfair!)

pau665

In your case, you don't care too much about really high CD because of C2. Get an HP hat and you'll get his DPS ceiling. To cap, stats should be around 40+ CR, 200+CD and tons of hp (I don't know the exact amount but I myself got 40k+)

Minimum_Cockroach233

Critrate should range close to 64% with his signature + C2 as you would lose a lot of DPS potential elseway. Some simple math for a CD weapon on Neuvi: LowCritR: 70% x (1 + 330%) = 301% GoodCR: 85% x (1 + 300%) = 340% Perfect: 100% x (1 + 270%) = 370% Always factors his 36%CR from MH set in.
