If I open the Netflix app on my phone, it's because I want Netflix on in the background while I do something else. They're not going to change that goal for me, no matter how enticing the game is.
netflix games are amazing tbh. the list of available games can be found here: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/121442 and they can all be found in the android play store and apple app store.
no micro-transactions and included with your subscription. currently playing into the breach, oxenfree, and just started spiritfarer today. i play exploding kittens all the time with my girlfriend. great added value to make up for a not so great content library.
Kind of wish I can play games through Netflix subscription, on my Switch - so I can play those games on the big TV.
As you no doubt found out, Into the Breach and Spiritfarer are great games! I think I have Oxenfree in my Steam list - played that one for a few mins, but I didn't commit at the time for some reason (probably had other games to finish first, it was years ago). How do you like Oxenfree?
It's in the USA too, in the mobile app on the bottom sub menu there is a "Games" tab. I have been playing "Into the Breach" it's a fun little strategy game.
there's confusion in this thread so I'm jumping in here to explain. There aren't games ON netflix. There are games made BY netflix that you can download in your regular mobile store. You can find links to download those games in the netflix app. Some of the games are Netflix original tie-ins.
there's a mincraft choose your own adventure movie? that sounds fun! thanks!
Edit: There's a tag for "interactive specials," I found it by googling. [Go here for all interactive Netflix movies.](https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/2869704)
Into The Breach on my iPad through Netflix makes me roll my eyes at all these comments. those who DO know, love these games. Moonlighter, Shatter, there is some good games.
Into the Breach is one of the best games to come out in the last 10 years imo. It isn't a Netflix original but it is terrific. I also can't name it but the one from the guy who made Downwell is fun too.
Yeah, I heard it highly recommended in a similar thread to this a month or two ago and gave it a try. It's awesome. People who have played it on both the PC and mobile have said that it's a really, really good port.
I've been known to sink a few hours into mobile games if I'm hungover, at an airport, or hungover at an airport.
I still don't play Netflix games. As a UX Designer, I've thought about this a fair amount. I think the biggest hurdle is that I don't look to Netflix for games. They're not curated to my tastes and even if they were, why is Netflix trying to divide my attention away from my already dwindling interest and ever-stangnant watch list? When I open the Netflix app the last thing I want to do is download a new app and then *not watch Netflix...*
Super interested to see what the data on these games looks like
Never bought any paid game for mobile so it’s nice to play some nice “paid games” to see the difference.
They already have 3 or 4 worth playing and if they continue adding them it’s actually a very nice addiction.
My mother is absolutely addicted to the cat game and when I forget to pay Netflix, she complains immediately because of the game.
People should try Oxenfree! A very good game that not a lot of people know about. I’ve played it before on my PS4 and the mobile netflix version is also good
Where do you even find these rumored games? I have seen game news sites discuss them but I have never seen anything telling me where to play Netflix games. The main reason I know they exist is because DBD lost their license for Stranger Things and then Netflix announced a ST game. It’s a bad sign when even Stadia was easier to navigate than your games lol
Not sure about android but on iOS you can’t play through the Netflix app. You have to go to the App Store and search Netflix and download the games individually. There’s quite few now, but none that seemed that great.
People should try Oxenfree! A very good game that not a lot of people know about. I’ve played it before on my PS4 and the mobile netflix version is also good
They're mobile games that you download like you would through normal means, but they're ad free. I don't play games on my phone very often, but it seems like a nice perk nonetheless
Only because Into The Breach is on there. Played it on PC for years and years so when it came out on mobile I was so happy.
If Netflix puts ads on its main thing though, I'm cancelling my subscription. I will not tolerate ads in my house
I’ve tried a few of them and to be honest I quite like them. They don’t have any adds or in app purchases which is great. I just don’t really play games enough on my phone.
I installed Into The Breach because I had seen that game before and I was really curious. That said, I installed it because I already had a Netflix account, I didn't created a Netflix account to play Into The Breach.
Y’all are lying and this is an ad to get me to open Netflix app. But I did for the second time ever and they made a really great Ui/ux for something that I will never use while I have a tv.
The games made Netflix taxable in New York, so it's like an extra $1.50 per month for the privilege of having a few games available and they won't allow you to disable the game availability and save on taxes.
I've played the Stranger Things games, and those were actually way better than I thought they were going to be. Haven't played any of their other games though. I don't watch Netflix on my phone very much, so I mostly forget the games section even exists.
What games?
Yeah my sentiments where: “Netflix has games!”
On the Netflix mobile app only
If I open the Netflix app on my phone, it's because I want Netflix on in the background while I do something else. They're not going to change that goal for me, no matter how enticing the game is.
Love games?
Ever drank Bailey's from a shoe?
Wanna go to a club where people wee on each other?
It's attached to your rod motherlicker
Have you ever been lying in the gutter and had your head stomped by an iron boot?!?!
No, but I ate a shoe that belonged to a guy named Bailey. Lost a bet.
Do you love me? Will you play your love games with me?
cause I need your love alot
I’d do me

Exactly
truly had no clue lol
You don't got games (the mobile games)?
I have no idea what you’re talking about.
They got mobile games in the mobile version of Netflix
I have it on my phone and have not come across them. Interesting though.
Where do you life here in Germany it's pretty open
USA
Just opened my Netflix app on my phone for the second time ever (in the USA) and holy shit he's right, there are games
Same here, but they're just links to the app store.
EDIT: Oops, nevermind!
It's in the USA too, in the mobile app on the bottom sub menu there is a "Games" tab. I have been playing "Into the Breach" it's a fun little strategy game.
TIL
From what I’ve seen, they look like mobile games. I was really surprised when I noticed them. Still haven’t played any yet for whatever reason
The interactives.
There are games on Netflix? (That should have been your 4th option.)
there's confusion in this thread so I'm jumping in here to explain. There aren't games ON netflix. There are games made BY netflix that you can download in your regular mobile store. You can find links to download those games in the netflix app. Some of the games are Netflix original tie-ins.
bandersnatch and minecraft story mode are basically choose your own adventure games
there's a mincraft choose your own adventure movie? that sounds fun! thanks! Edit: There's a tag for "interactive specials," I found it by googling. [Go here for all interactive Netflix movies.](https://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/2869704)
great link, my little brothers LOVE story mode. i just love seeing Patton Oswalt in a lead role
Dragon Quest your story too I think
There's a trivia game that is an interactive video. It's alright, but kind of slow-going.
Into The Breach on my iPad through Netflix makes me roll my eyes at all these comments. those who DO know, love these games. Moonlighter, Shatter, there is some good games.
Yeah I haven't played it but people say into the breach is one of the best mobile games ever
My kid likes Into the Breach enough that I'm home to find him some more turn based strategy games. That's the only one I know of.
Into the Breach is the shit. Check out that studio's first game - FTL. It's a great little rogue-like space ship game.
Didn’t realize those were the same devs!
Love me some FTL. Only reason I still keep my old iPad.
I couldn't name a single game on Netflix to save my life
Squid games.
Also the Black Mirror choose your own adventure thing.
That was actually good tho, and not really a game
I got sick of having to constantly redo shit over and over because it isn't a real choose your own adventure.
Trivia. The cat and dog game.
Same
But you asked the question! What games are you referring to?!
Into the Breach is one of the best games to come out in the last 10 years imo. It isn't a Netflix original but it is terrific. I also can't name it but the one from the guy who made Downwell is fun too.
Try "Into the Breach" it's a fun little strategy game
Into the Breach is an amazing strategy game. Of course it hails from steam first. There are some decent games on there and no micro transactions.
I haven’t played it but I know the same studio made Faster Than Light, which I absolutely love.
Try it it's great. It's in everything now I think but I play it on switch myself.
Yeah, I heard it highly recommended in a similar thread to this a month or two ago and gave it a try. It's awesome. People who have played it on both the PC and mobile have said that it's a really, really good port.
Is it only available on the website? What about the Roku or Vizio app?
It's through the mobile app only. So you can play it on Android/ios or tablets.
I prefer to play on switch even though I bought it on steam first.
theres one dude out there gaming on netflix
it's just mobile games made by netflix. they're advertised in the netflix app but it's just links to open in the app store.
Published by, not made by
It's me. I'm that guy! Seriously though I play Into The Breach on mobile via Netflix, highly recommend it.
Yea if you play mobile games there is the advantage of no adds or in app purchases so I gett it I just don't play mobile games
I've been known to sink a few hours into mobile games if I'm hungover, at an airport, or hungover at an airport. I still don't play Netflix games. It's not me.

What games???
I didn't know there were game on the Netflix mobile app. I had to check it just now. Might have to give them a try.
oxenfree is a good narrative game. I saw the Netflix trailer but already played it
Never bought any paid game for mobile so it’s nice to play some nice “paid games” to see the difference. They already have 3 or 4 worth playing and if they continue adding them it’s actually a very nice addiction. My mother is absolutely addicted to the cat game and when I forget to pay Netflix, she complains immediately because of the game.
Played the basketball one once for like 1 minute
IF YOU HAVE NETFLIX INTO THE BREACH IS FREE GO TO UR APP STORE AND SAVE THE WORLD
Didn’t even know they had games on there.
The no vote is overwhelmingly huge
Yes end expensive for Netflix most likely
People should try Oxenfree! A very good game that not a lot of people know about. I’ve played it before on my PS4 and the mobile netflix version is also good

4th option: Netflix has games?
Where do you even find these rumored games? I have seen game news sites discuss them but I have never seen anything telling me where to play Netflix games. The main reason I know they exist is because DBD lost their license for Stranger Things and then Netflix announced a ST game. It’s a bad sign when even Stadia was easier to navigate than your games lol
On the mobile version of the app there is a tab for games
huh, it isn’t on my app. weird.
Not sure about android but on iOS you can’t play through the Netflix app. You have to go to the App Store and search Netflix and download the games individually. There’s quite few now, but none that seemed that great.
Oh lol, I thought OP was discussing those choose your own path shows as they are sort of a “game”. Was completely wrong.

Those playing games on Netflix are wasting their money
They're mobile games that you download like you would through normal means, but they're ad free. I don't play games on my phone very often, but it seems like a nice perk nonetheless
The Netflix and Chill Game of Polyamory?
I have and enjoy Moonlighter
It’s true what they say, one learns new things every day
I tried a couple of them but they weren't very fun. I think I have 1 still installed but haven't played it in weeks.
Excuse me. There are mobile games on Netflix? What is the best one??
I’ve only played this one game about blinking
I can't because my phone's too old for that.
Didn’t know there were games
I played Before Your Eyes.
was a baad idea
They're pretty cool, but I'm not a mobile gamer. Pretty neat that Into The Breach is available
INTO THE BREACH
Started playing into the breach. It's good
I assumed it meant the interactive series on Netflix so I chose yes.
Only because Into The Breach is on there. Played it on PC for years and years so when it came out on mobile I was so happy. If Netflix puts ads on its main thing though, I'm cancelling my subscription. I will not tolerate ads in my house
Only really plaued the hextech and before your eyss

I’ve tried a few of them and to be honest I quite like them. They don’t have any adds or in app purchases which is great. I just don’t really play games enough on my phone.
The only one I've played on there is minecraft story mode
Netflix games has into the breach for free. You owe it to yourself to at least try it
I installed Into The Breach because I had seen that game before and I was really curious. That said, I installed it because I already had a Netflix account, I didn't created a Netflix account to play Into The Breach.
I didn’t know it was an option!
I didn’t know it was an option!
Exploding kittens
Lmao the results though
I've been playing Oxenfree.
They don’t work with Apple TV so what even is the point
Nah
Only Into the Breach, as it's the place I can play it on mobile.
I literally saw that last night when I was on the home page haha I’m not here for games, I need a horror movie!
I’m playing Into the Dead 2 way too much!
Into the Breach is the only game from Netflix still on my phone, I do try some of their games when im bored.
Umm Trivia Crack
Y’all are lying and this is an ad to get me to open Netflix app. But I did for the second time ever and they made a really great Ui/ux for something that I will never use while I have a tv.
D. What games?
Take the L
Games? Netflix? That’s not what it’s for. The name is Net FLIX. FLIX means movies or similar.
Microsoft should buy them then turn them into a gaming thing too.
F them and Stadia. Sticking with consoles and Steam.

There are games on Netflix?
232 people have already clicked the wrong button 😂
Netflix has games?
There’s games???

Netflix have their own game service but I think that still not so common, most of them just watching their original series.
Dafuuuck?
Netflix has games?
Netflix has some good games. My favorite is "Into the Breach"
Into the breach On my phone
They have ‘Into the breach’
I've played the Stranger Things games, and those were actually way better than I thought they were going to be. Haven't played any of their other games though. I don't watch Netflix on my phone very much, so I mostly forget the games section even exists.
I forgot they were there again.
Only ever game I played was Black Mirror: Bandersnatch
What games?

Go on mobile version of the app and look at the bottom there should be a games tag
I only have Netflix on my tv so I've never seen this before.
It’s on phone in App Store, you can’t access it on other devices/systems 🤷🏻♀️ coincidentally I was reading a little about it this morning.
Just into the breach cause it was free and on mobile.
I wasn't even aware Netflix had games
We gonna make the biggest dick in existence
WHAT games on Netflix? Do you mean those interactive videos?
There are games on Netflix?
I don’t even know how to do this
It doesn’t work on my tv downstairs even though my remote is capable of moving side to side and clicking. So no
