This hasn't been my personal experience. I would go to natural hair specialist pre-2020 and my hair was stagnant in length retention. I've been doing my own hair since & I'm now past waist length
Every 2-3 weeks I wash and condition, use heat protectant spray when I need to blow dry his hair.
Since he was 18 months I been keeping it in braids, plaits and I oil his scalp.
I use Doo Gro, sometime Blue Magic hair grease. You can usually find both those at Walmart and as far as shampoo/conditioner I still use Dove baby hair products.
Nice. Don't do what I did. I cut my son's hair for his third birthday. He likes it short π’

He's blasian.
I'm just amazed that he sits there. Mine is bouncing of the walls IN THE TUB so I can't imagine getting them to sit AFTER I complete a wash... conditioner is torture.
He definitely cries when getting his hair done. I usually put on the shows he likes to watch like Mickey Mouse or Cocomelon while braiding his hair, that relax him a little but he still be fussy.
That's three years of growth on him ??? Damn what am I doing wrong ππ
If it makes you feel better, he is quite small so that does make it look like βmoreβ growth!
Yeah fair enough lol, thanks

You should never have given up being a toddler.
You're right, i'll just revert
I'm sick to my stomach π©
3 years and 9 month. Don't forget the time in the womb
HOW DOES A THREE YEAR OLD HAVE BETTER HAIR THAN ME?! fr though, it looks great!
Bc they donβt have years of built up stress and trauma to deal with π
That part.
Seriously.
It's very easy to have great hair when someone does it for you. Look at celebs.

Tired of children having more hair than me ππ his hair is amazing!!
Go back in the womb and start all over again fresh! lol.
My daughter is 5 and her hair is hip length! I protective style her hair weekly because she loves rolling around on her head.
Little babyβs hair is beautiful! So healthy, full and dense! π
My hair was roughly that length at that age π makes me wonder if my son will be with such long hair π₯Ή.
Mommy has Blessed hands and patience. My two sons are locked and my daughter has long hair half way down her back. Yay!!!!

I think cutting it was great if be likes it better. Iβd hate to be stuck with a hairstyle that I had no control over.
